Update 10/06/2011
Over the last few weeks several nominals have been visited at their home address jointly by SNT and housing. this has been to stress the importance of living by the guidelines set out in the tenancy agreement especially relating to anti social behavior.  It has been explained a breech of this agreement will seriously effect their tenancy and could lead to eviction.
ASB calls have significantly reduced as a result.

As a result of concerns raised by residents Manor & Arbourthorne SNT have increased patrols around peak times identified through reported incidents and information received via residents. Operation KB-Aphid commenced on 16th May 2011 with several parental advisory letters being hand delivered to the parents of those identified for being involved in anti social behaviour.

We are working closely with partner agencies to devise long term solutions.
