You said: 

Youth Related Anti-Social Behaviour / Niusance Motor Cycles in the area boarderd by Back Lane to Glover Rd, Green Oak Rd, Maine Ave and Baslow Rd,  and includes Green Oak Park.

It was agreed at the PACT Meeting on Wednesday the 21st of July 2010 that this PACT will remain in place for the next month. This pact Priority was first set on the 19th of May 2010.

We did: 

 

> Council staff yesterday (29/7/10) collected the "off Road motorcycle" signage from Meersbrook police station and should be errected shortly!

> From the middle of May to present, Officers from the South West Team have been engaged in hi-visibility patrols within the Dore and Totley area, These patrols supported by Officers from the Neighbourhood Patrol Groups have significantly redused the number of calls received and incidents attended. Officers have carried out numerous stops of young people in the area, As well as these stop and account checks, officers have also identified several young people as been involved in anti-social behaviour, and have delivered numerous Parental Advisory Letters (PAL). These letters are designed to make parents aware of their childs actions / behaviour and serve as a warning that should they continue to be involved in such activity they are likley to face arrest!. It is intended to continue these patrols through out the holiday period. 

> Update re Off road bikes 02/7/10 . It has been agreed to errect signage regarding "Off Road Motorcycles " in the area of woodland to the rear of Aldam Way.

> At the PACT meeting on Wednesday the 23rd of June The Council  agreed to errect signage regarding "Off Road Motorcycles" in Green oak park.

> Pcso's are working with the council and land owners with regard to erecting signage regarding the use of "off road motorcycles" in Green Oak Park and the wooded area to the rear of Aldam way, the signage will enable officers to seize motorcycles been used in an anti-social manner.

> The new Youth club at King Ecgberts School opens on the 28/5/10 from 19:30 hrs

> Officers and PCSO's continue to patrol the area and have conducted 65hrs of patrol time as of the 30/07/10

> On Friday the 21st of May Officers from the NPG (Neighbourhood Patrol Group) Seized a Stolen Motorcycle on Aldam Rd

> Officers are aware of issues involving nuisance motor cycles and are planning operations around the area.

> Officers have contacted the City Council regarding access to land where these bikes are been ridden.
