Nuisance Motor bike seen riding through park several times and around childrens play area./Problem Dogs, Aggresive dogs off leads.
It was agreed at the PACT Meeting on Wednesday the 21st of July 2010 that this PACT will remain in place for the next month. This PACT Priority was first set on the 19th of May 2010
The Motor Bike has been seen to ride through the park between 8 and 10am in the morning time
> Yesterday (29/7/10) Officers spent the afternoon in Millhouses park handing out prizes to young children wearing Cycle Helmets as part of "Bike Safe" month.
> On Thursday the 1st of July Officers attended Millhouses park following complaints of a motor-scooter been ridden within the park. The Officers spoke with the rider and seized the bike.
> There have been no further reports regarding the use of an "off Road Bike" in the park, however Officers continue to patrol the park on foot and cycle's.
> Officers and PCSO's continue to patrol the area and have conducted 65hrs of patrol time as of the 30/7/10
> Officers will be checking CCTV in the Park with regard to identifiying the moror bike and rider.
> Officers will be increasing patrols throughout the park with regard to the issue of aggressive dogs.
