 > This priority was first agreed at the PACT meeting in August. Following discussion at the most recent meeting and, through our daily engagement whilst out on patrol, it has been agreed we will continue working on this priority until next P.A.C.T meeting when it will be reviewed again.

> A Police Operation has been running in the Totley area, this has involved Police Officers, P.C.S.O's as well as Special Constables. Officers have been carrying out high visible patrols until 11pm most evenings  throughout the operation providing reassurance to residents and carrying out enforcement activities.

>Reports of Anti-Social Behaviour have been promptly attended. It was encouraging to receive very positive feedback from Totley residents at the Tenants and Residents meeting held this week, with residents being  happy with the Police's response to this issue so far. There has been a significant reduction in reported incidents.

> To date during this Police operation a total of 28 "Stop and Account" forms have been completed within Totley. This is where officers have engaged with groups of young people in the area, whose presence may intimidate other members of public. Their details have been taken and where appropriate they have been instructed to leave the area.

>Two arrests have been made during the Police operation, these individuals are known to be involved in Anti-Social Behaviour in Totley.

>Three arrests for public order offences have been made, all three were released on police bail. One of the bailed offenders was then re-arrested for breach of bail conditions.

> 6 Parental Advisory Letters (P.A.L.'s) have been issued to parents of young people who have been identified as being involved in reported incidents.

> Members of the Local Community have in recent weeks been encouraged to report any incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour,  the Police Team have quickly responded and provided feedback to residents throughout this Police Operation.

> Young people in general have been spoken to by Police Officers and PCSOs to encourage them to participate in clubs and groups held locally to relieve boredom which has been on the whole positively received.

> A total of 85 hours patrol time as of 12/11/09 has been conducted in this area by local Officers since its setting as a PACT priority on the 7th of August.
