Local residents were extremely positive with regard to ongoing Police action in this area at the Lansdowne and the last Leverton Tenants and Residents Meetings which was held .

>Following the success of drugs warrants carried out over the last few months by the team which targetted drug dealers in the area the effects are already being seen to have had a very positive impact on drugs activity in this location and have resulted in a continued reduction in reported incidents.

> Once again both uniformed and plain clothes officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team (S.N.T) have continued with increased patrols in the area to identify possible offenders and deal with them appropriately.

>Residents have been encouraged to report all incidents promptly so officers can identify offenders and deal with any offences.
