Anti-Social Behaviour on Staveley Road from the junction with Chippinghouse Road down to and including the footpath that runs between Chippinghouse Road and Broadfield Road.
All times of the day, in particular evenings and the early hours of the morning.
>Following the Partners and Communities meeting held on 4/8/10 it was decided that this was to remain as a priority for the next month.
>As of 19/08/2010 a total of 130 hours of patrol time has been dedicated to this issue since it was first set as a priority on 02/06/10.
>On the evenings of 13th and 14th August officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team (S.N.T) carried out a Police operation specifically to target the Anti-Social Behaviour in this area. Uniformed and plain clothes officers patrolled until 2am. There were no arrests however a total of 18 individuals were stopped and their details taken during the operation and reassurance was provided to the public and local premises.
>There have been a reduction in reported incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour this week.
>A CCTV device has now been put in place to provide coverage in this area and therefore deter Anti-Social Behaviour, this already appears to be deterring youths from causing ASB in the area.
> Contact has been made with the local dog warden to report issues regarding dog excrement in the park area on Staveley Road. Enquiries to be made by dog warden regarding this.
> Officers have been out on Staveley Road completing K-Neighbour forms with residents (see newsletter article for more details about operation K-Neighbour)
> One male has been arrested for possession of an imitation firearm and is currently on bail for this offence.
