>Following the last Partners and Communities Together (P.A.C.T) meeting it was agreed that this priority would remain as there had been 4 reported incidents since the previous P.A.C.T meeting in October.

> At the last P.A.C.T meeting residents reported their satisfaction that the number of incidents had greatly reduced and they had seen far less activity in the area.

> There has once again been no reported incidents during the past week at this location.

>Regular daily patrols have continued, on each occasion no youths have been found at this location.

>As of 03/02/11 officers have spent 110 hours patrol time on this priority since it was first established at the P.AC.T meeting of 04/08/2010.

>Local young people who are thought to be involved in the Anti-Social Behaviour at this location have been informed of the issues regarding their behaviour and advised not to congregate at this location and signposted to local youth clubs and activities.

>Throughout December on a Sunday evening "The Hub "situated between Sitwell Road and Sharrow Lane was open providing youth club facilities from 6pm-9pm,  this allowed young people to attend and socialise with friends thereby reducing the risk of Anti-Social Behaviour in the local area.

>Police Community Support Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team  have worked with partner agencies including Sheffield Youth Services and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service in joint patrols aimed a engaging with young people in the Broomhall and Sharrow areas and signposting them to local activities.

>Local residents have been encouraged to report all incidents promptly in order that officers can attend , identify offenders and process any offences accordingly.
