Sgt Hunter attended the PACT meeting and highlighted the area as a new PACT priority regarding ASB and parking issues until the 26/10/2011.

20.09.11

PCSO’s Taylor and Moseley conducted foot patrols along Sandringham Road at school finishing time. No issues were raised by residents or motorists. Local shops were visited and asked to advise any motorist customer to stop parking in a obstructing manner.

PCSO Moseley conducted a cycle patrol in the area, no ASB or parking issues were present and majority of residential dropped kerbs were clear.

PCSO Eschoe and Moseley patrolled the area at 11.30am and advised a motorist regarding parking.

PCSO Moseley patrolled the area on cycle and then went onto the Town Moor area.

Throughout the shift PC Micklethwaite and PCSO Moseley conducted patrols in the area. Numerous groups of youths spoken to although no ASB issues were raised.

PCSO Taylor patrolled the area on foot and visited local shops on Sandringham road.

PCSO Moseley patrolled the area after reports from Council colleagues informed SYP that there is a vehicle parked up on  Ardeen Road causing an obstruction. The offending vehicle was found and issued a fixed penalty ticket for causing unnecessary obstruction.

PCSO Eschoe and Moseley patrolled the area and no vehicle was seen causing any obstructions at this time.

PCSO Moseley and Eschoe conducted numerous patrols in the area, a police incident was created due to youths throwing eggs in the street at passing cars. These youths were identified and will be dealt with by SYP and DMBC in relation to there anti social behaviour in Intake.

 

I would again like to thank the members of the public for reporting incidents and giving good descriptions of offenders.

PCSO Taylor and Eschoe conducted patrols in the area into the early hours of Saturday morning. No group were stopped causing any issues in the area.

At the PACT meeting it was decided that this area will continue to be a priority by all in attendance which will again be reviewed on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 at the Ardeen Centre Intake.

PCSO Moseley and officer from South Yorkshire fire and rescue conducted cycle patrols throughout Intake focusing on potential fire risks to properties and advise given to those highlighted.

PCSO Moseley conducted cycle patrols throughout the shift, no ASB or vehicle nuisance present.

PCSO Moseley patrolled the area and at 6.30pm stopped a group of youths in the rear alley way throwing bangers. These bangers were seized and details taken for further action.

PCSO Moseley attended the local primary school to completed a firework presentation to deter any youths wanting to cause ASB by playing with fire works.

Staff from the Intake SNT stopped 2 youths that were causing ASB in a nearby street and details taken. These youths will be dealt with via SYP and DMBC.

PCSO Eschoe and Moseley patrolled the area throughout the shift and no ASB issues were present into the early hours.

PCSO Eschoe and Mosley patrolled the by cycle, stopped a male riding a cycle with no lights on and also admitted to having a controlled substance on his person. Therefore Police officers issued a Caution to the male.

PCSO Moseley conducted cycle patrols down Sandringham Road, Visiting local business to promote Business Watch. No parking issues or nuisance vehicle were present in the morning.

PCSO Eschoe and Moseley patrolled the area on police cycles. This was done throughout the evening shift and no anti social behaviour or nuisance vehicles were present.

Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood team patrolled the areas of Intake visiting addresses offering crime prevention advice.

PCSO Moseley visited two address on Lakeen Road again offering crime prevention advice and officers contact details. Officers also stopped 2 young males at 9pm on Lakeen Road acting suspiciously, details taken and removed from the area.

Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team attended the PACT meeting along with residents and agreed to keep this SARA pack open due to no emerging issues and that Sandringham Road is a main arterial route through Intake.

Officers attended an incident created by a concerned resident that youths were throwing items at windows. PCSO Moseley and Eschoe arrived at the incident and quickly identified the offenders, managing to stop 2 of them. The details will be forwarded onto our DMBC colleagues with a view to obtaining Acceptable behaviour contracts on this group.

Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood team, British Transport Police and South Yorkshire Travel Bus company conducted patrols in the area from 6pm to 9pm. No youths were seen to be causing any anti social behaviour or throwing stones at the passing bus.

A Truancy sweep was conducted by DMBC Neighbourhood response team and  PC Humphreys in the area of Intake. 

Spoken to 6 pupils and parents regarding ongoing issues with attendance from Danum school no further action taken.

PCSO Eschoe and Moseley patrolled the area on police cycles, attending local business with a view to signing up to Business watch.

07.12.11

PCSO Taylor and Eschoe conducted foot patrols on Sandringham Road between 9am to 1pm again visiting local business and residents to ascertain whether any incidents have occurred over night.

Officers from the neighborhood response team patrolled the area including Dublin Road, Intake.  Officers observed 5 male youths in the front garden of an address on Dublin Road. The males left the property on seeing officers, no anti social behavior witnessed or reported.

Local Beat officers for the Intake and Town Moor area conducted foot patrols in the area visiting local shop and speaking with residents. No inappropriate behaviour/parking problems witnessed or reported.

Local Beat officer PCSO Moseley patrolled the area on police cycle visiting an address on Sandringham Road signing them up as a community contact. At 16:50 hours staff at the Coop lands on Sandringham Road, Intake contacted the council.  The report was youth nuisance outside, Officers attended but the youths were no longer there.  Reassurance was given to the manager/staff and an area search was carried out to no gain.

A concerned resident on Tudor Road contact the police regarding a local youth throwing stones at windows. A reassurance visit was carried out including a foot patrol of the area to no gain.

Further Police action will be taken against a local youth that threw a stone at a residents window although no damage was caused.

Local Beat officers patrolled the are on police cycles, no anti social behaviour or nuisance vehicles where witnessed, however a motorist was advised regarding his manner of driving in Intake.

03.01.12

PC Fisher and PCSO Eschoe conducted mobile patrols in the area throughout the day. Visiting a address on Sandringham Road investigating a nuisance stone throwing incident. Again the local beat officers will be submitted relevant referrals for the behaviour of these youths.

04.01.12 - PCSO’s Moseley and Eschoe conducted high visibility cycle patrols in the area across shift hours today, focusing on Sandringham Road and Ardeen Road and the surrounding areas.

05.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley carried out high visibility cycle patrols along the Sandringham Road/Ardeen Road area between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Local residents and business owners were engaged with throughout the course of the shift.

06.01.12 - Between the hours of 8am and 5pm PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley carried out extensive high visibility cycle patrols throughout Sandringham Road and Ardeen Road and the local area. Local members of the community engaged with during the course of the day.

09.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley carried out cycle patrols throughout shift hours between 1pm and 10pm. PCSO Eschoe was approached by a local resident who was concerned about the way a local youth who lives on Dublin Road was riding  his motor scooter. This youth was spoken to and advised about his riding manner in the future.

25.01.12 - Due to the reduction of incidents, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 25/01/12 to remove this as a PACT priority. SNT staff will however continue to monitor the situation and take the appropiate action where necessary.

10.01.12 - PCSO’s Eschoe and Moseley carried out cycle patrols between the hours of 1pm and 10pm today throughout the local area including Sandringham Road and Ardeen Road. Area patrolled proactively during which members of the local community were engaged with and spoken to with regard to any concerns raised.

11.01.12 - Between the shift hours of 1pm and 10pm PCSO’s Moseley and Eschoe carried out high visibility cycle patrols throughout the local area, including Sandringham Road and Ardeen road.

13.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley have carried out patrols throughout the shift. At 18.15hrs the Sandringham Road area was patrolled after reports of stone throwing. A group was identified nearby and referrals will be submitted with regard to this behaviour.

17.01.12 - PCSO Eschoe and PCSO Moseley carried out high visibility cycle patrols between the hours of 8am and 5pm. This was conducted throughout the local area including Sandringham Road and Ardeen Road. Local residents and members of the community engaged with throughout the course of the day.

21.01.12 - PCSO’s  Moseley and Eschoe have carried out high profile cycle patrols in the area between 12noon and 10pm today. Following reports about a group of youths drinking on Sandringham Road; they were spoken to and moved on from the area after officers seized 1 unit of alcohol from them.
