The same youths seen again on Ely Rd. They were o/s an address some of which were sat on the fence. One particular male became loud and began to swear, after being warned of his behavior he refused to stop and so was arrested for Sec 5 Public Order.
At 21.00hrs 15 youths were seen on Beckett Rd near the bus stop o/s Unity Flats. They were dispersed and split up only to be found in separate groups back on Ripon Ave and Chester Rd.

At 9.15pm a further person was given the direction to leave the area of Wheatley and not return for 24 hours due to the person not living in the dispersal area.
