We did: 

26.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) from Doncaster council have today been informed of the new PACT priorities and are including these in their nightly patrols. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Bates has today conducted full patrols of Firbeck House. This includes checking each floor to ensure that there was not anyone sleeping rough or commiting anti-social behaviour. These patrols were conducted at various times throughout the day. Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) also completed patrols of the block around 3pm. Again during this patrol each floor was checked.

27.05.11 - PCSO Bates with the help of the CSWs has again conducted high visibility patrols of Firbeck House. PCSO Bates conducted the patrols throughout the day while the CSWs conducted a patrols between 2.30pm - 3pm.

31.05.11 - PC Buddle and PCSO Bates deviated their shift to be on nights to patrol the St James St area in an effort to identify the rough sleepers and to signpost them towards the appropriate agencies so they can seek help. Doncaster Council Community Safety Wardens (CSW’s) conducted patrols around the external area of Firbeck House at 8.30pm

01.06.11 - PCSO’s Bates and Martin delivered letters to all the residents of Firbeck House to advise them that the problems of rough sleepers had been taken on as a PACT Priority. They did this at 4pm and later conducted high visibility patrols at 7.50pm. No rough sleepers were found.CSW's also carried out patrols of the external area of Firbeck House at 5pm.

02.06.11 - PCSO’s Bates, Evans and Martin have conducted high visibility patrols throughout the St James Street area whilst on an afters shift. No rough sleepers were found. CSW's patrolled the area around Firbeck House between 7pm and 7.30pm.

03.06.11 - Community Safety Wardens ( CSW's) have conducted patrols throughout Firbeck House at 1pm for approximately 30 minutes.

07.06.11 - CSW's have carried out patrols around the external area of Firbeck house at 3pm today. PCSOs Bates and Martin have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area throughout the whole of the day. Each floor has been checked.

08.06.11 - CSW's patrol around the external area of Firbeck House from 4pm until 4.30pm. PCSO Martin and a CSW have also been conducting high visibility patrols of the area today. These were completed on the following times 11.30am-11.45am and again 3pm – 3.15pm

09.06.11 - Patrols carried out around the external area of Firbeck House by CSW's at 1pm until approximately 1.30pm today. PCSO Martin and a CSW have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area. These were completed on the following times 10.30am-11am and again 3pm – 3.15pm

10.06.11 - CSW's and Officers patrol around Firbeck House and the surrounding area at 1pm onwards until approximatley 1.30pm today.

15.06.11 - PCSO Bates has conducted high visibility patrols between 8.15 and 8.45pm. CSWs have also patrolled this area today at 3.30pm for approx 30 mins.

16.06.11 - Members of the team attended a team briefing with colleague’s from the council an St Leger Homes. At this meeting St Leger Homes stated that they had spoken with 2 homeless people who they had discovered in the block. They offered to refer these people through to the Homeless dept. This offer was refused, so st Leger Homes are seeking a court injuction against these individuals. CSWs have been including this block of flats in their daily patrol routine. Today the patrol was conducted for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm. 

17.06.11 - PCSO Bates has today been in the area conducting high visibility patrols. He has also been gathering intelligence, with regards to the people responsible for sleeping rough in the block. CSWs have been including this block of flats in their daily patrol routine. Today the patrol was conducted for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.

20.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield have patrolled the area from 10.10am to 11am.

22.06.11 -  PCSO Bates and Butterfield have patrolled the area from 10:15am to 11am.

23.06.11 - PCSO Bates patrolled the area from 8:20am to 9am and 10:30am to 11:30am. This afternoon  the CSWs conducted a high  visibility patrol of the area at approx 2pm.

24.06.11 - PCSO Bates and PC Buddle patrolled the area from 2.30pm until 3.30pm. Once again, this afternoon the CSWs conducted a high visibility patrol of the area at approx 2pm.

27.06.11 - PCSO Bates and a member of staff from St Ledger homes have been completing high visibility foot patrols of the area from 2.20pm until to 3pm. PCSO Bates and a CSW returned to the area at a later time and conducted another high visibility patrol from 4pm until 4.50pm.

Due to the reduction of incidents, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 29/06/11 to remove this as a PACT priority. SNT staff will however continue to monitor the situation and take the appropiate action where necessary
