We did: 

18.06.10 – Police Community Support Officers (PCSO) Evans and Quinn patrolled several streets and alleyways across the Townmoor area from 2.30pm until 5pm. Local residents spoken to whilst patrolling across course of shift whilst in area. 

21.06.10 – Police Sergeant (PS) West and Police Constable  (PC) Haigh conducted mobile patrols in the area between 1pm and 3.30pm. Special Inspector Chris Stevens also conducted mobile patrols in the area.

22.06.10- PCSO Colclough and PCSO Martin carry out high visibility foot patrols between 9am and 11:00am . PC Hoyland and PCSO Evans carried out foot patrols across Townmoor from 10am till 11.30am, including streets and alleys, members of local community spoken to. Rough sleepers on Town fields asked to move on from area.

23.06.10 – PC Hoyland and PCSO Evans patrolled across Townmoor area from 10am till 12 noon. Several local members of community spoken to including local businesses and residents. Smart water offered to number of local residents to improve home security in area.

24.06.10 – PCSO Evans has conducted foot patrols in the Town Moor area between 9.30am and 11.30am. Patrols were also done between 1.30pm and 3pm.

28.06.10 – High visibility patrols of this area have been completed by PCSO Quinn and PCSS Dishman at approx 4pm - 5.30pm and again between 8pm and 9pm. CSWs were in the area conducting high visibility patrol in the area from 7.30pm for two hours.

29.06.10 – PCSO Colclough and Martin carried out high visibility foot patrols between 2pm and 3pm. CSWs were in the area conducting high visibility patrol in the area from 7.30pm for two hours.

30.06.10 – PCSO’s Evans, Bates and Quinn along with CSW’s patrolled across Town Moor area both on foot and mobile from 3pm till 5pm and again from 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Residents spoken to at length and a resident of a recent burglary was given information on the new local Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and  smartwater by PCSO Evans.

01.07.10 - PCSO Evans has been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the area at approx 3pm – 5pm. Mobile patrols were also conducted at 8pm – 9pm by PCSOs Bates and Quinn.  CSWs have also conducted patrols in the area in the evening between 8.15pm-9.15pm.

02.07.10 - PCSO Evans conducted foot patrols across town moor area from 3pm until 5pm. A number of local residents and local business owners spoken to. Area patrolled again in evening by PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn from 8pm until 9.30pm.

06.07.10 - PCSO Quinn and PCSO Bates carried out mobile patrols during shift hours from 10am until 11.30am and again from 3pm until 4pm.

07.07.10 - PCSO’s and CSW’s patrolled area across Townmoor from 10.30am until 12 noon.

08.07.10 - PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn along with CSW’s patrolled across Town moor area including along alleys from 11.15am till 12.30 and again from 3pm till 4.30pm. PCSO Quinn submitted intelligence after two males were seen acting suspiciously in the area.

09.07.10 - PCSO Evans, Bates, Quinn and CSW’s conducted a number of foot, bicycle and mobile patrols from 3pm till 5pm and again from 6.30pm until 9.20pm. A number of residents have been spoken to about home security and smartwater appointments have been made to re visit the residents next week.

10.07.10 - PCSOs Quinn and Evans have been in area today distributing PACT meeting leaflet to local businesses in the area. They were in the area at approx 4pm for one and a half hours.

11.07.10 – PS 157 & PC 3713 have been in the area today conducting patrols throughout the shift of 2pm - 11pm.

14.07.10 – A resident from Town Moor reporting a red ribbon tied to a tree in her garden at the back of the property. The resident then checked other properties in the street and noticed that two other properties had the same ribbon attached. PCSOs Quinn and Colclough patrolled the alleyway and found four properties including  the address of the complainant  that had been tagged with the same ribbon. These were removed by officers and the residents were spoken to and their details obtained. The Police control room was informed of the incident and the officers submitted an Inteligence report detailing the Incident that had occured. CSWs have been in the area with the neighbourhood manager and the representative of the local Neighbourhood Watch. This was to discuss access issues for residents of Avondale road if fencing were erected on the wasteland at the rear of the houses. A CSW and a Community First Officer (CFO) also erected Neighbourhood Watch Signs on the streets of Glamis, Strathmore, Harewood and Avondale Road,

15.07.10 - Patrols of this area were conducted by PCSO Quinn on his bike between the hours of 3pm–5pm. Mobile patrols were then conducted at the later time of 8.30pm for one hour by PCSO 8274 and SC 7071. CSWs called to speak to a resident after they showed concerns about an incident that had occurred on the street earlier in the week.

Because of ongoing issues in the area it was decided to retain this as a PACT priority at the PACT meeting on 15/07/10. 

16.07.10 - Patrols made across Townmoor by PCSO Evans from 4pm till 5pm. Local residents and local business owners were spoken to. PCSO Evans and a CSW also patrolled Townmoor from 6.45 till 8pm. A resident on Harewood Road visited and given crime prevention advice and a smartwater delivered at his request. CSWs were also in the area patrolling incuding the wasteland at the rear of Avondale Rd at 3.30pm for 2 hours. They were in the area again at 8.30pm.

19/07/10 - PCSO Quinn patrolled the area on his bike at approx 110.45 for 1.5 hours. CSWs ahve also been in the area conducting patrols during the day at approx 10.15am for two hours. 

20/07/10 – CSWs have again been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols between the hours of 11am until 1pm. 

21/07/10 PCSO Quinn and PCSO Bates patrol area on foot at approximately 11:00am. PCSO Evans patrols area during the afternoon. CSWs have been in the area today conducting a letter drop. This was at approx 9.30am for two hours. 

22/07/10 - CSWs have again been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols between the hours of 10am until 12pm. 

23/07/10 - PC Hoyland and PCSO Evans conducted high profile foot patrols across area including local alleyways from 2.45pm until 4pm. PCSO’s again carried out mobile patrols across entire area from 6pm until end of shift at 11pm. CSWs have been in the area today conducting a letter drop inviting residents to a local drop in centre. This was at approx 9.30am for two hours. They also returned to the area at 3pm to conduct high visibility patrols for one hour.

26/07/10 - PCSOs Bates and Quinn patrolled the area during the day at approx 4pm and 9pm. One resident in the area was visited and given crime prevention advice.

27/07/10 - PCSOs Bates and Quinn patrolled the area during the day at approx 3pm and 8pm.

28/07/10 - PCSO’s Quinn and Bates and PCSO’s Martin and Colclough patrolled across the area from 3pm for approx a hour and again from 7pm until 8pm. PCSO’s Quinn and Bates spoke to and stopped two young males on Windsor Road following reports from a member of the public that they had been seen looking into cars and houses in the area. PCSO Evans, PCSS Dishman and CSW’s attended a SNT drop in session held at Townfields Pavillion and later attended a Neighbourhood Watch meeting held by Avondale Road and Glamis Road residents.

29/07/10 - PCSO bates and PCSO Durham carried out foot patrols of area between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. PCSO Bates and PCSO Colclough conducted mobile patrols between 6.30pm and 8pm. PCSO Martin and PCSO Durham carried out high visibility patrols in area 8pm x 9pm.

30/07/10 - PCSO’s Quinn and Bates conducted high visibility foot patrols in the area between 3pm and 5pm.  

03/08/10 - PCSO Quinn has been touring the whole of the area today at various timesform 1pm - 10pm with PCSO Telford in the Anti-Social Behaviour car. 

04/08/10 - PCSO Bates and Evans patrolled the area during the day between 9.15am and 12pm and 1.30pm-4pm.

05/08/10 - PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn patrolled area including alleyways from 3pm until 4.30pm. Local members of community were spoken to and informed about next PACT meetings to be held.

06/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn conducted patrols from 10.30am till 12.30 and again from 2pm till 3.15pm. A resident was also visited on Manor Drive visited and given Smartwater, crime prevention advice and details of the next two PACT meetings.

11/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Bates carried out foot patrols across the Town Moor area, including alleyways, from 2.30pm until 4.30pm. PCSO Quinn carried out bicycle patrols again across the entire area from 3pm until 4.30pm. Patrols were also made by PCSO’s from 8.40pm until 9.20pm. Several local residents spoken to across area.

12/08/10 – PCSO’s Quinn and Bates conducted foot patrols across Town Moor area from 4pm until 5pm.

13/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Bates carried out foot patrols across Town Moor area from 3.15pm until 6pm. Posters advertising next local PACT meeting given out to several local residents.

16/08/2010 PCSO Colclough and PCSO Martin patrol area between 1pm and 4pm. PCSO Bates patrols area on foot between 2pm and 5pm.

17/08/10 PCSO Evans and Bates carried out foot patrols across Town Moor area from 11am until 12pm

18/08/10 – PCSO Evans conducted foot patrols from 10.45 until 11.45am and again from 2.45 till 3.45pm around streets and alleys of Town Moor. A number of local residents and business owners spoken to.

19/08/2010 PCSO Colclough conducts mobile patrol of area at 11:15am. PCSO’s Evans and Bates conducted foot patrols across local Town Moor area from 11.45am till 12.50pm. Local business owners and residents spoken to.

19/08/2010 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was decided that this PACT priority would now be discharged.
