Anti Social Behaviour Goldsborough Road. PACT meeting 15/07/10
16/07/10 – Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) carried out a Smartwater at a property on Goldsborough Road. While conducting the Smartwater they were informed by the residents that generally speaking after 9pm they don’t hear or witness any anti social behavior in the area. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Evans conducted foot patrols and spoke to various local residents and business owners from 4pm onwards for an hour whilst on patrol.
19/06/10 – Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Quinn patrolled the area on his bike at approx 11am for 2 hours.
20/07/10 – The CSWs have been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols. These were done at approx 10.50am for approx 2 hours.
21/07/10- Police Sergeant (PS) West, Police Constable (PC) Hoyland, PCSO Evans, The Neighbourhood Team Leader and CSW attended a meeting that was chaired by Neighbourhood Manager and acting Inspector with regards to a problem address on Goldsborough Road. It was decided to to deliver letters to residents in the local area. PC Hoyland and PCSO Evans also visited the problem address on Goldsborough Road. They have requested a time when they could call back and speak to the whole family about these issues. PC Hoyland & PCSO Evans, again attended the problem address on Goldsborough and spoke at length with the resident and her children. The conversation was regarding the seriousness of the current complaints, the problems the people attending her premises are causing the neighbourhood and the fact that they could be removed from their current home if these matters continue. A CSW patrolled the whole area during the morning from 9.30 am onwards for two hours. During this time they were highly visible in the Goldsborough Rd area. PCSO Evans and CSW Mulligan also conducted mobile patrols in area from 3pm till 4pm.
22/07/10 - CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area in the morning form 9.30am for two hours. PCSO Quinn and Bates have also been in the area patrolling the whole area at approx 3pm for one hour.
23/07/10 - CSW’s delivered letters to residents on Goldsborough Road, Braemar Road, Holyrood Road, Carisbrooke Road and on Town Moor Avenue, providing residents with contact numbers and inviting them to attend SNT drop in session on Wednesday 28th July 3.30-5.30pm at Townfield Pavilion This has been set in order to discuss with any residents who wish to attend, the problems being caused by visitors to and residents of the problem address on Goldsborough Road. PC Hoyland and PCSO Evans later patrolled area from 2.45pm until 4pm. Area patrolled again by PCSO’s until end of shift at 11pm. PC Hoyland also spoke with a member of the councils ASB team at length with regards to the incidents occuring at the problem address. It was agreed that this person would attend the public meeting regarding this matter on Weds 28/07/10. The representive from the council will meet complainants and supply these people with monitoring forms, and also attend at the address in question, and enforce her teams stance on ASB.
27/07/10 - PCSO’s Martin and Colclough, attended an in the area about a nuisance motor cycle being driven up and down Goldsborough Road. Search of area made to no gain. The motor cycle had left the area prior to Police arrival. PCSOs Quinn and Bates conducted patrols of the area at approx 4pm for one hour.
28/07/10 – An SNT drop in session was held 3.30pm – 5.30pm at the Townfields Pavillion PC Freestone, PCSS Dishman, PCSO Evans were in attendance as well as members from DMBC. Local residents from Goldsborough Road and several surrounding streets were invited to attend if they wished to discuss problems arising from the problem address on Goldsborough Road. At 6.30pm - Residents from Goldsborough Road were also invited to attend the local Neighbourhood Watch meeting from Avondale Road to further discuss any concerns. A number of Goldsborough Road residents did attend and they were given monitoring forms and asked to log down any incidents regarding behaviour in the local area. Residents were also informed about a fortnightly SNT drop in to be held at the Pavillion where they could attend to keep the SNT informed about any behaviour they wished to report. PCSO’s Colclough and Martin and PCSO’s Quinn and Bates conducted patrols across the area from 3pm until 4pm and 7pm unitl 8pm.
29/07/10 - PCSO bates and PCSO Durham carried out foot patrols of area between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. PCSO Bates and PCSO Colclough conducted mobile patrols between 6.30pm and 8pm. PCSO Martin and PCSO Durham carried out high visibility patrols in area 8pm x 9pm.
30/07/10 – PCSO’s Quinn and Bates conducted high visibility foot patrols in the area between 3pm and 5pm.
03/08/10 - PCSO Quinn has been touring the whole of the area today at various times from 1pm - 10pm with PCSO Telford in the Anti-Social Behaviour car.
04/08/10 - PCSO Bates and Evans patrolled the area during the day between 9.15am and 12pm and 1.30pm-4pm.
05/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn patrolled along Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 3pm until 4pm. A local resident was spoken to and informed officers that on previous night (04/08/10) at approx 10.30 – 10.45pm nuisance motorbikes were being ridden from the problem adderss on Goldsborough Rd. It is thought that these motorbikes were from out of the area and just calling at the address. Neither of the riders were seen to be wearing helmets. The NRT are to informed of this, so that it can be included in their nightly patrols. The resident was given information about the next 2 PACT meetings.
06/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn patrolled Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 11.30am for approx an hour and again from 2pm until 2.45pm. PCSO Evans spoke to local Goldsborough Road resident, informed that on 22/07/10 a painter and decorator had encountered some problems with young males from the problem address.The resident was asked to fill in monitoring forms and to recontact should she need any other help.
11/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Bates conducted foot patrols along Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 2.30pm until 4.30pm. PCSO Quinn carried out bicycle patrols across the area from 3pm until 4.30pm. PCSO Evans and Bates again carried out foot patrols along Goldsborough Road and surrounding area from 8.50pm unit 9.15pm.
13/08/10 – PCSO Evans and PCSO Bates carried out foot patrols along Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 3.45pm until 5.45pm. Local businesses given posters to advertise next PACT meeting to residents. PCSO’s Evans and Bates again foot patrolled Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 8.45pm till 9.20pm.
16/08/10 - PCSO Colclough and PCSO Martin patrol area between 1pm and 4pm. PCSO Bates patrols area on foot between 2pm and 5pm. PC 58. PC Hoyland has applied for ABC + yellow letters on a number of visitors to a problem address. These will be delivered personally by officers from the local SNT. A CSW has also been in the area conducting high visibility patrols.
17/08/10 PCSOs Evans and Bates conducted patrols between 11am and 12pm.
18/08/10 - PCSO Evans conducted foot patrols along Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 10.45 until 11.45am. A number of local residents and local shop owners spoken to.
19/08/10 - PCSO Colclough conducts mobile patrol of area at 11:15am. PCSO Evans and PCSO Bates conducted foot patrols of Goldsborough Road from 12 till 12.50pm. A local business owner and local residents spoken to re details about next community PACT meeting and local Avondale Road neighbourhood watch meeting, which Goldsborough road residents are invited to.
19/08/10 - At this evening's PACT meeting it was decided that this would be kept on as a PACT priority for the forthcoming month.
24/08/10 - Mobile patrols conducted of the area from 3.15pm to 3.45pm by PCSS Dishman and PCSO Bates.
25/08/10 - CSWs have patrolled the area between 2.30pm and 4pm. PCSS Dishman and PCSO Bates conducted patrols in the area between 8.10pm and 9pm. The Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is looking at the feasibility of putting Domehawk cameras in the area and the best place for them to be fitted - ongoing enquiries are being made.
26/08/10 - CSWs again have directed high visibility patrols of the area betwen 2pm and 4pm and PCSS Dishman and PCSO Bates patrolled the area between 8pm and 9.15pm.
27/08/10 - Mobile patrols carried out of the area between 7pm and 8.30pm by PCSO's Colclough and Martin.
29/08/10 - PS Bowen and PC Hoyland attended the problem address on a pre arranged visit with the tennent. The tennent was unavailable but the tennents partner was spoken to. He was asked if the family had any issues or complaints that he wished to make South Yorkshire Police (SYP) aware of, to which he could make no comment. He was asked to inform his partner of our visit.
31/08/10 - PCSO Bates and Colclough conduct mobile patrols between 12pm and 1.30pm.
01/09/10 - PCSO Bates and a CSW conducted patrols in the area between 14:30 and 15:45. During this time they engaged with residents in the area.
02/09/10 - CSWs have been in the conducting high visibility patrols on town moor and Goldsborough Road on two separate occasions during the day. These times were at 1.15 pm for one hour and 2.45pm for two hours. The NRT have also been in the area during the early hours at 3am with their cctv van.
03/09/10 - CSWs have conducted high visibility patrols in the area between 8pm and 9pm. At 8pm they noticed that there were half a dozen people in the garden of the problem address but they were being quiet and well behaved. A return visit at 9pm found the property to be all quiet.
04/09/10 - PCSOs Bates and Quinn called at the address at Goldsborough rd and spoke to the tenant to make sure she was ok. No youths were seen at the property at this time she said that the reason why no youths were at the address was because she had asked them to leave. She also also informed us that she had spoken to another resident on the street and asked her that if there were any issues with the family then she preferred it if they could contact her to try and resolve it herself, rather than make a call to the police. CSWs have also been in the area conducting patrols of the whole of the town moor area including Goldsborough Rd at 9.30am for two hours.
06/09/10 - The NRT have been in the area during the evening at approx 10pm with their cctv van.
07/09/10 - Acceptable Behaviour Contract warning letters (ABCs) have been hand delivered to youths at Stainforth that have been identified as causing anti-social behaviour at the problem address.
08/09/10 - High visibility patrols have been made by PCSOs Evans, Quinn and Bates along Goldsborough Road and surrounding streets from 7pm until 9pm.CSWs were also in the Town Moor area at approx 7.30pm for two hours. At this time they spent time talking to local residents and shop owners.
09/09/10 - PCSOs Durham and Quinn have been in the area conducting high visibility patrols. These were conducted at approx 8pm-9pm. CSWs were also in the town moor area at approx 8pm for one hour.
10/09/10 – After two attempts had been made to hand deliver further ABC letters to other youths that have been identified as responsible for committing anti social behaviour it was decided to post them. These were delivered through the letter boxes at the various adresses of these people. CSWs have been in the area conducting high visibility patrols in the town moor area at approx 5.30pm.
12/09/10 - The NRT have been in the area during the evening at approx 10pm with their CCTV van.
13/09/10 - PCSO Bates and a couple of CSWs attended Goldsborough Road to collect and give out Anti Social Behavior monitoring forms. The collection of the forms from a few of the properties on Goldsborough Rd made it known, that recently the anti social behaviour had been very quiet or non existent. Information has been received that one Dome hawk camera has been installed on Goldsborough Rd.
15/09/10 – PCSO Evans and a CSW patrolled the area between 11:30-12:30. PCSOs Bates and Quinn attended an incident that had been reported on Goldsborough Rd in the early hours of the 15/09/10. Crime prevention advice was given to the tennant of the property who had reported the incident.
16/09/10 – PCSO Evans and a CSW attended Goldsborough Road from 11.15am for approx an hour. A local resident on Goldsborough Road was spoken to and a Secure your home pack was deliverd to the home address of the resident who had made the report the day before.
17/09/10 – PCSOs Bates and Quinn patrolled the area at approx 3pm for one hour.
19/09/10 – The NRT have been in the area patrolling this evening. This was completed at approx 8.50pm.
20/09/10 - PCSO Quinn, Colclough and Special Constable (SC) Lydon contacted high visibility patrols of the area in the evening between the hours of 8pm – 9pm. CSWs have also been in the area on two occassions conducting high visibility partrols. These were conducted at 3pm and 8.15pm.
21/09/10 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Dishman have patrolled the area. This was done at approx 8pm for one hour. CSWs have been in the area also conducting high visibility patrols. During this time they made reassurance calls at two addresses in the local area.
22/09/10 - PCSOs Colclough and Martin conducted mobile patrols of area between 7pm and 8pm. CSWs from the neighbourhood team have been in the area conducting high visibility patrols. These were done on two seperate occassions during the day, and these were at 2.30pm and 9pm.
23/09/10 - PCSOs Martin and Colclough conducted patrols in the area between 6.30pm and 8pm.CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols in the whole of the town moor area. These patrols were conducted at 7pm and lasted for approx 2 hours.
24/09/10 - PCSO Quinn and PC Hoyland have been in the area conducting high visibility patrols. These were completed between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. PCSO Bates and PCSS Dishman have been in the area between 8.30pm and 9pm.
28/09/10 - PCSOs Bates and Quinn have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area throughout the shift. These patrols were conducted on two separate occasions, and these were 12pm and 4pm. CSWs Have been completed active patrols of the entire town moor area including Goldsborough road at 9am.
29/09/10 - PCSO Evans and PCSO Quinn patrolled Goldsborough Road during 11.30am – 12.15pm. A visit was made to the problem address on Goldsborough Road. A local resident was spoken to, who informed officers that at moment things had gone quiet but stated that himself and other residents were still very keen for tenants at the problem address to move on. The resident was advised to call the police should anything arise and informed that regular patrols were still being made and that they will continue. PCSO Evans and a CSW visited the problem address again at 2.30pm again no there was answer at the door. Patrols were made along Goldsborough Road, and surrounding streets and alleys from 2.30pm until 3.30pm.
30/09/10 - PCSO Evans and a CSW have made active high visibility patrols of the area at approx 10.30 am for one hour. CSWs also patrolled the area again at 4pm. During this patrol they also engaged with the local shopkeepers.
