What issues concerned you most in your area?
Antisocial behaviour in Hillsborough Park and Middlewood Road, mainly in the shopping area at the junction with Catch Bar Lane/Leppings Lane/Middlewood Road has been a PACT priority for a while, but included within people using motor vehicles in an antisocial way in the car park. This problem with vehicles has stopped now, but the antisocial behaviour in and around the park will be kept on as a PACT priority.
Also, we are including in this priorityissues of antisocial behaviour and vehicle nuisance at Morrisons, Penistone Road, Hillsborough.
This is mainly reported to be between 5pm and 11pm
We will be continuing our existing patrols in and around the park, and we will be increasing these as the summer rolls on.
We are also planning a series of operations at Morrisons, to combat people using vehicles in an antisocial way. Previous operations like this have resulted in people being given fines and some vehicles being recovered and towed away.
