We did: 

26.08.11 - Hexthorpe patrolled by PCSO's throughout their shift (1pm x 10pm), several residents spoken to whilst on patrol, no issues of note.

30.08.11 - Directed foot patrols carried out in Hexthorpe between the hours of 8am x 5pm by PCSO's Murray and Wilburn.

01.09.11 - Hexthorpe area patrolled on foot by PCSO Murray between the hours of 2.40pm and 4.10pm.  No ASB observed during this time.   

02.09.11 - Hexthorpe area patrolled by PCSO's Murray and Wilburn between 8.25pm and 8.50pm.  No ASB observed during this time.

03.09.11 - Hexthorpe area patrolled during PCSO's tour of duty (12x10pm).  Several residents spoken to, but no ASB observed during this time.

07.09.11 - The whole of Hexthorpe patrolled during SNT's tour of duty (1pm x 10pm).  Several reassurance visits conducted throughout this time due to some criminal damage incidents over the weekend. 

08.09.11 - PCSO Murray patrolled Hexthorpe area on foot between 1100-1200hrs and 1530-1630hrs. . No ASB could be observed at this

09.09.11 - Mobile patroles carried out in Hexthorpe by PCSO Murray between 1835-2130hrs. No ASB could be observed at this time.

12.09.11 - Hexthorpe area patrolled on foot by PCSO Murray between 1100-1200hrs and 1530-1630hrs. . No ASB could be observed at this time.

13.09.11 - Incident reported to the Police regarding neighbours in a road in Hexthorpe.  One of the neighbours is being abusive to her neighbours children.  The Neighbourhood Reponse Team dealt with the initial complaint which has been passed onto the local SNT for them to make further enquiries and offer advice. 

15.09.11 - Mobile patrol conducted by the Neighbourhood Response Team after being called to the Springboard Centre in Hexthorpe.  3 youths spoken to regarding their behaviour and asked to move on from the area.

19.09.11 - Foot patrol carried out by PCSO Murray between 2.20pm and 6pm.  General area patrolled and no ASB witnessed at this time.

21.09.11 - Due to the boundary changes, the Hexthorpe PACT Meeting will now merge with Hyde Park and Balby Bridge, so for this particular meeting this priority was discharged.

PRESS RELEASE - Officers uncover cannabis set up in Hexthorpe

Officers from the Urban Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) have uncovered a cannabis factory at a property on Spansyke Street, Hexthorpe.

A warrant was executed at the property after intelligence was received about drugs being used there. Officers recovered 168 plants with an approximate value of £160,000.

A woman aged 28 and a boy aged 16 were arrested and charged for cultivation of drugs. They appeared at Doncaster Magistrates Court on 22 September, where they were remanded in custody.

23/09/11 - Mobile Patrol Shadyside 1910-2125hrs. No ASB witnessed during patrol. - PCSO 8099

27/09/11 - Mobile and foot patrols 1044 to 1250hrs and 1500-1530hrs. No issues of ASB seen or heard on the area patrolled at the times stated. PCSO 8099/8274

27/09/11 - Inc 816 and CCOnline 152717, area patrolled. 1735hrs area patrolled, no issues. - NRT Patrol

29/09/11 - Due to there being continued issues in the area it was decided at tonights PACT Meeting to retain this priority for another month.

30/09/11 - A cannabis set up has been discovered and dismantled today in Hexthorpe. Officers also conducted high visibility patrols of the area between the hours of 6.45pm and 9.30pm.

05/10/11 - Today there has been high visibility patrols in the Hexthorpe area. These patrols were completed on foot  and completed between 2pm and 4.30pm

06/10/11 - During high visibility patrols of the area today, officers have conducted a door knock of the local area to try and identify issues and prioblems that are faced by residents.

07/10/11 - PCSO Murray has today completed both foot and mobile patrols of Hexthorpe. These were carried out between 2pm - 5pm and again between the hours of 7.30pm - 8.30pm.

10/10/11 -  Today foot patrols were completed of the Hexthorpe area in the morning between 09.30am-11am. A group of rowdy and noisy residents were spoken to about their behviour as they were arguing loudly on the street. Once the males were threatend with a fixed penalty notice of £80 they stopped the arguing and returned to their properties. Another patrol was also conducted between 2pm - 3pm.

11/10/11 - PCSO Murray has again been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols of the Hexthorpe area. During these patrol he engaged with residents of the local area. This patrol was conducted between 9am - 11am.

12/10/11 - PCSO Murray has again been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols of the Hexthorpe area. These patrols included Shadyside and Ramsden Rd which have been identified as anti-social behaviour (ASB) hotspot. This patrol was conducted between 10am - 11am.

13/10/11 - Today an address in the Hexthorpe area was issued with a noise abatement notice after a number of complaints had been received about them playing loud music. If further reports are received about the playing of loud music then Doncaster Council have the authority to sieze the equipment used.

21/10/11 - PC Robb has this evening conducted high visibility mobile patrols of the whole area of Hexthorpe. These patrols have included Shadyside and Ramsden Rd. This patrol was conducted between the hours of 8pm - 9.45pm. 

22/10/11 - PC Robb has this evening conducted high visibility mobile patrols of the whole area of Hexthorpe. These patrols have included Shadyside and Ramsden Rd. Two seperate patrols were conducted and these were as follows, 8pm - 8.45pm and again 10.30pm - 11pm. 

26/10/11 - PCSOs Quinn and Murray have been in the area on two ocassions today conducting high visibility patrols of the area and engaging with the local residents. These were completed 9.45am - 11am and again 3pm - 4pm. The Neighbourhood response Team (NRT have also been in the area completing patrol at approx 12.15am.

27/10/11 - High visibility patyyrols of the area have been completed today by officers of the NRT. These were completed at approx 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

Due to there being continued issues in the area it was decided at tonights PACT Meeting to retain this priority for another month.

28/10/11 - Today both foot and mobile patrols of Hexthorpe have been completed at various times throughout the day by local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) officers . These patrols were as follows, 2.15pm - 5.30pm and again between the hours of 7.30pm - 9.30pm. 

29/10/11 - Today both foot and mobile patrols of Hexthorpe have been completed at various times throughout the day by SNT officers . These patrols were as follows, 2.30pm - 5pm and again between the hours of 7pm - 9.15pm. These patrols were completed on foot, bikes and in police vehicles. 

30/10/2011 - A report was recieved by the Neighbourhood Response Team today about loud music coming from a property in Hexthorpe. NRT attended and witnessed this noise and so a warning notice was issued to the occupants.

31/10/2011 - Patrols were carried out throughout the day and night around Hexthorpe by both PCSO's and NRT. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed. If you want to report anything to South Yorkshire Police please call 101.

01/11/2011 - Patrols were carried out around Hexthorpe today. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed.

02/11/2011 - Patrols were carried out around Hexthorpe today. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed.

03/11/2011 - An incident was reported today about a nuisance motorbike around the Hexthorpe area. Officers attended an address, no motorbike was found but a male was arrested as he was wanted for an unrelated offence.

04/11/2011 - Patrols were conducted around the Hexthorpe area today. a quantity of alcohol was also confiscated from a female. Hexthorpe has a designated public place order (DPPO) and so it is an offence to possess an open can of alcohol in a public place. If anyone is seen drinking alcohol in the streets this will be seized. 

05/11/2011 - Joint patrols were conducted between PCSO's and DMBC Area Officers. 2 incidents were reported of youths throwing fireworks. Officers attended but it was all quiet on arrival. Statistics show that reported Anti-Social Behaviour has dropped by 14% since the same period last year (statistics taken from 29th Oct-6th Nov)

08/11/2011 - Patrols were carried out in the area throughout the shift. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed or reported.

10/11/2011 - Patrols were carried out around Hexthorpe throughout the shift today. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed.

11/11/2011 - Patrols were carried out around Hexthorpe today. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed.

15/11/2011 - Both foot patrols and mobile patrols were conducted around the Hexthrope aear throughout todays shift. Nothing of an anti-social nature was witnessed or reported. A noise complaint was reported to NRT at midnight however on arrival the area was all quiet.

17/11/2011 - Patrols conducted throughout todays shift. Nothing of an anti-social nature was either reported or witnessed.

22/11/2011 - Foot patrols have been carried out around Hexthorpe during todays shift. Nothing of an anti-social nature was noted.

23/11/2011 - Foot patrols were carried out today in Hexthorpe. Nothing of an anti-social nature was noted. A door knock was also carried out on Ramsden Road.

23/11/2011 - The Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled Hexthorpe during today. They attended an incident of nuisance motorbikes. They patrolled the area but did not locate any bikes. If you know where any off-road bikes are being kept then contact us on 101.

24/11/2011 - During patrols throughout Hexthorpe today the Neighbourhood Response Team noticed a number of objects which had been dumped. These were: a dumped TV on Ramsden Road, 6 Black bags filled with waste on Hexthorpe Road and a wooden pallett, broken sofa and Hifi on Abbott Street.
