A JOINT VISIT HAS BEEN CARRIED AT 3 ST LEGER PROPERTIES ON THIS STREET WHO WOULD SEEM TO BE THE SOURCE OF ALL INCIDENTS. THEY HAVE BEEN WORNED THAT INFORMATION IS BEING COLLATED WITH A VIEW TO ENFORCEMENT ACTION BEING TAKEN AGAINST ASB OFFENDERS, THIS WOULD ALSO INCLUDE POSSIBLE EVICTION FROM ST LEGER PROPERTIES.

Since the last update SNT officers have patrolled daily but despite this there have been a number of criminal damages on this street. An operation is now being drafted for a long trem solution to this issue. St leger are going to play an imprtant part in this as many homes on this street are owned by them and they are looking at enforcement action against problem tennants.

As a result of enquiries made 3 males were visited at home and spoken to in the presence of their parents in relation top their invovlement on recent ASB.

NRT attended an address on hampton following a report of 7 youths outside an address climbing on a wall/ NRT attended and observed a group of males playing football on the street and one male was stood on the wall as initially described. they were advised about playing football and standing on people walls.

It was agreed at the PACT meeting held on 07th march that this issue should remain as a PACT priority for a further month.
11th March-16th March
we have been working days all week and have carried out daily patrols each day and also checked the CCTV for any evidence of ASB or crime. There has only been 2 reported incidents from this road and neither were in relation to ASB in the street.

DMBC area officers have carried out a DSD operation in this area with 104 vehicles passing through the DSD. Only 3 were exceeding the speed limit.

Following a report of noise on the street PCSO have checked the footage taken from the camers situated at the end of the road. No issues were recorded.

This area has been patrolled on a daily basis whenever the SNt have been on duty . No major issues have been reported in this time.
