We did: 

26/06/11  At today’s PACT meeting it was decided that this would become a new PACT Priority. 

01/07/11 Patrols carried out by SNT staff and Council Staff. No reported issues.

06/07/11 Foot patrol by PCSO Cooke and Telford in the residential area.  Reassurance visit made to a business in the area who have been reporting antisocial behaviour of which National Intelligence Report has been submitted. 1 youth spoken to and ABC+ will be submitted.

07/07/11 AM PCSO patrolled the PACT area and delivered PACT leaflets. PM PCSO cooke patrolled and spoken to and moved on a group form Jubilee Rd.  Visit made to individual wha was spoken infront of his guardian regarding their behaviour recently.  ABC + form to be submitted.

08/07/11 Area patrolled during the morning no issues. 

09/07/11 Area patrolled by PCSO 8298 and PCSO 8074 X 2 reassurance visits conducted in area.  X 1 property warned about rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour – to be monitored. 

12/07/11 Foot patrol conducted in area by PCSO 8074 and 8298.  Enquiries made regarding a house causing ASB – enquires still ongoing.  Mobile patrolled carried out by SNT in the evening which hotspot areas covered no issues of note. 

13/07/11 Mobile patrol carried out in the evening.  X 1 reassurance visit made regarding ASB – advice given and area to be monitored.  Group of individual spoken to, advised and moved on from area.

14/07/11 Foot patrol carried out in the by PCSO 8298 and 8124.  1 x reassurance visit made to resident complaining about ASB in the area.  Whilst PCSOs covering area a quantity of what is believed to be drugs was found in the area – ongoing enquires to be made.  

19/07/11 Area patrolled by PCSO Cooke and PCSO Telford.  X2 Reassurance visits made regards Antisocial Behaviour Incidents on Lockwood Road. 

20/07/11 Residential area patrolled extensively including extra coverage by PCSO on deviated shifts.   PACT leaflets delivered and engaged with members of the public. 

21/07/11 - Morning - area patrolled by PCSO Cooke.  Further enquires made with residents reporting Antisocial Behaviour – advice given.  Additional resources covering the area this evening.

25/07/11 Area patrolled ,evening by PCSO 8069-PCSS 8124 engaging with local youths and residents. 

26/07/11 PCSO 8074 and 8298 patrolled area and engaged with local residents.  The alleyway was checked and 5 males one female were drinking alcohol and being rowdy and inconsiderate.  The alcohol was seized and all advised and moved on. 

27/07/11 Area was patrolled and reassurance visits conducted during evening.  No issues

28/07/11 Priority to be continued for the month of August.

03/08/11 Area patrolled by PCSO Cooke and PCSO Telford – no issues are quiet.  Meeting for Jubilee Road residents being organised by PCSO Cooke.  

04/08/11 Area patrolled by PCSO Telford and Cooke.  Door to door conducted on Jubilee Road to invite residents to meeting organised for next week.  PCSO also engaged with youth activities on Town Fields – in attendance children from the residential area.

05/08/11 PCSO Cooke and Telford engaged with youth activities on Town Fields.  Children from Jubilee area attended.  

06/08/11 Mobile patrolled made in the area – no issues of note x1 reassurance visit made. 

09/08/11 Foot patrol conducted in the area by PCSO Telford and PCSO Cooke – engaged with local youths and door enquires conducted in the area.

10/08/11 At 18:30 hrs a meeting was held with residents of Jubilee Road to discuss ongoing issues etc.  8 residents attended.  A further meeting with residents to organise a Neighbourhood Watch.

11/08/11 Attended x 3 reassurance visits within the area regarding nuisance youths – ongoing enquires and X 4 ABC + to be submitted plus a landlord made aware of nuisance tenants. 

12/08/11 - 19/08/11 Youth activities at the town field pavilion approx over 100 youths engaged with some from the local area Jubilee Road.

23/08/11 Area patrolled by SNT no issues of note

24/08/11 PCSO Cooke and Telford attended x 5 reassurance visits within the local area.  Visit KIN on Jubilee Road to discuss Neighbourhood Watch arrangements – letters have been printed for the residents to be delivered. 

25/08/11 At tonight PACT meeting it was discussed and decided that this would be signed off as a PACT priority.
