during the last dearne pact meeting held on thursday 20th October 2011, members of the thurnscoe community raised concerns over continuing problems in the marlborough close, kingsway, chapple street and houghton road areas of thurnscoe. many of the incidents concenred anti-social behaviour from groups of youths gathering at various locations within these areas. they were often intimidating and abusive to other members of the public
