We did:
- Focused patrols with interpreters and convened meetings with Eastern European persons to explain the effects of them congregating on street and drinking ie. causing others to feel intimidated
- This engagement process of informing of the effects of their actions and asking them to amend their behaviour seems to have effectively managed the situation
- However, we will continue to pay attention to the area and if the problem returns, we will utilise legislation available to us to force the men away from the area
