Nuisance off road vehicles in the Cudworth SNT area. This was agreed at the PACT meeting held on 18th June 2010. The areas highlighted were:

 

Land off darfield road behind Storrs hill farm and Pinfold Hotel, Cudworth common.

 

Land between Lund Lane, Newland Ave, carrs Lane and Pleasant view.

 

Land through from Crabtree Farm,Brierley, Ladywood and Cemetery road, Grimethorpe.

 

Land between Moor lane, Common road and Brierley Road

 

 

 

 

 

 

We did: 

gather intelligence on known offenders

. worked operation byebye on Sunday 11th April in conjunction with West Yorkshire and Doncaster police.

. made contact with farms for local hot spot areas

. seized one quad adm 72 under police reform act

. seized suspect stolen tax disc

. siezed one quad report dangerous condition.

. 6 ther vehicles recoevred
. 5 riders/drivers reported for various traffic offences
. 3 others were issued with tickects for road related matters.

Contacted hotspot area contacts in order to locate nuisance bikes.

patroled Moorland terrace, Lunn Lane, belle green Lane, Cudworth Welfare park. assisted members of the public to clear up bottles/ cans.

Monument drive two photos taken of unknown males who made off on motorbikes (to be circulated in Chronicle)

Checked Cemetery Rd and Sash. Photo of motorbike which made off near Milefield school (Chronicle)

Contacted mounted in order that they patrol the hotspot farms (supplied with details)

25th June Adm 171 issued Cudworth bypass

 29th June - joint visits with Berneslai homes impact officer to addresses within Cudworth regarding warning for offenders riding off road bikes/quads and causing nuisance, breaching tennancy agreement.

13th July officers seized quad bike from local youth at Cudworth, the youth will be dealt with later for dangerous use (carrying child)

 20th July 172 vehicle seized Cudworth

Bike op arranged with Weat Yorskhire, Doncaster SNT.

Producing list of known offenders so that addresses can be visited with Impact officers from Bernaslai homes/Chevin housing regarding tennancy breach.
