We did:

Friday 17th September 2010 saw the first of the new intake of Students arrive for the new term.  This date also saw the commencement of Officers from the Broomhill SNT working for the next ten days until 4am patrolling the area in order to deal with ASB behaviour.

Officers provided a high visibility presence on foot and in vehicles around the main Broomhill centre, both Endcliffe/Ranmoor villages as well as rented accomodation in Crookes, Ecclesall, and Sharrowvale areas.

A MOCAM was also placed on Fulwood Rd to monitor any incidents that occured.

A number of Students were spoken to re their behaviour.  Any taxi found waiting on Fulwood Rd near to the junctiion with Endcliffe Vale Rd were suitably advised and moved on.

During this time there were no reported incidents from the public.

The above P.A.C.T priority will be reviewed at the next meeting to be held at on Thursday 30th September 2010 at St Marks Church Broomfield Rd Broomhill.

AS NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WERE PRESENT AT THE MEETING AND THERE HAD BEEN NO REPORTED INCIDENTS, IT WAS DECIDED TO REMOVE THIS AS A P.A.C.T PRIORITY.  IN ADDITION THE MOCAM WILL BE RELOCATED WITHIN BROOMHILL.
