SECTION 12 - This a designated area to prevent the consumption of alcohol. All such areas are clearly signposted.
SECTION 12 POWERS - The Police and PCSO`s have the power to confiscate alcohol off any person or persons consuming alcohol in a SECTION 12 Area. Refusal to allow a Police Officer or PCSO to confiscate the alcohol could result in a £50 Fixed Penalty Notice being issued.

02/07/2010 - High viz. mobile patrol in CCTV van patrolled Doncaster Road, Brinckman Street, Junction Street, Sunderland Terrace, Osborne Street & East Dean Club.Visited St Peters Church Drop- in which was open 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs, at 16:30 hrs. Known persons inside - No issues - PCSO ANDERSON.
