Incidents of Anti Social Behaviour occurring on and around St. John's Road, Balby. These are linked with both residents and non-residents of the area.
03.08.10 - PCSO Nicola Hoyland received a phone call regarding ASB in the back alley of St John's Road. PCSO 8311 and 8343 attended. After conducting an extensive area search there were no youths there at this time.
04.08.10 - PCSO Nicola Hoyland visited two addresses on St John's Road to gather information regarding ASB in the area. 2 x House to house Community Impact Surveys were completed. From this information it is evident that there is an issue of ASB in this street and is centred around one property on St John's Road.
06.08.10 - At 3pm PCSO Nicola Hoyland visited a further 2 addresses on St John's Road to gather information on ASB in the area. 2 x House to house Community Impact Surveys were completed and again from this information it is apparent that ASB is happening in the street around one certain property.
06.08.10 - Between 10pm and midnight a reassurance visit was carried out on a property at St John's Road regarding criminal damage. The new owner of this particular property believes that this incident is as a result of the problems that the previous owner had. The new owner stated that people had been to the property looking for the previous owners. Patrols also took place by PCSO 8343 Barnes and PCSO 8311 Hoyland on St John's Road and the back of Earlesmere Avenue.
07.08.10 - Reassurance visit carried out on St John's Road and also patrols by PCSO 8311 Hoyland at various times during tour of duty.
10.08.10 - Reassurance visit carried out on St John's Road regarding clothes going missing from a washing line in a back garden. Patrols also carried out throughout tour of duty by SNT staff.
11.08.10 - PCSO 8311 Hoyland carried out patrols of St John's Road at 10.10am. Spoke to reidents of one property who said that there had been no issues over the weekend. PCSO's Hoyland and Wilburn visited a property on St. John's Road regarding criminal damage at 2.10pm. Welfare check carried out and reassurance visit, contact details left. They visited another property on St John's Road at 2.30pm.
12.08.10 - Visit to a property on St John's Road for a meeting regarding drug activity in the area. A national intelligence report was submitted in respect of this.
After collating all the results from the house to house community impact survey the problem areas have now been identified and they will be dealt with accordingly.
13.08.10 - Patrols carried out of St. John's Road area at 5.15pm - nothing to report at this time.
16.08.10 - Neighbourhood Response Team carried out patrols throughout the night between 13th and 16th August and they reported no incidents at these times.
18.08.10 - PCSO Hoyland carried out patrols of St John's Road at 3pm and spoke to a resident who explained there had been no issues to report and the area was a lot quieter.
24.08.10 - Patrols carried out on St. John's Road at 5.30pm. There was nothing to report at this time.
26.08.10 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this PACT priority be discharged.
