Anti social behaviour and incidents of criminal damage are occuring on and around Ramsden Road and Shadyside, Hexthorpe.

We did: 

01.05.11 - Criminal Damage to Vehicle recorded as Incident No 1093 01/05/2011 Wing Mirror smashed off car.  Reassurance visit carried out. Crime as yet, not recorded as Mother of the offender has offered to pay for the damage by 15/05/2011.

04.05.11 - Area patrolled by PCSO's and CSW's during their tour of duty 1pm x 10pm. 

06.05.11 - Regular Hi-vis patrols carried out on Ramsden Road and Shadyside by staff from the SNT during their tour of duty 1pm x 10pm. 

07.05.11 - Area patrolled by Neighbourhood Response Team throughout the night from 7pm x 6am. 

10.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 8am x 5pm.

11.05.11 - Regular directed hi-vis patrols carried out on Ramsden Road and Shadyside by staff from the SNT throughout their tour of duty 8am x 5pm. 

12.05.11 - All of Hexthorpe patrolled throughout tour of duty by SNT staff from 8am x 5pm.  Also patrolled up until 2am by the Serious Acquisitive Crime Team - alcohol confiscated from 2 persons on Greenfield Lane at 9pm.

At 10.30pm there was a report of rowdy/inconsiderate youths riding around on scooters on Shadyside.  Complaint initially dealt with by ASB car team and reassurance visit carried out by PCSO's from the SNT.   

13.05.11 - Criminal Damage to Dwelling.  Window panel on front door damaged.  Reassurance visit carried out by PCSO's to occupants of property and hi-vis patrols.  Area patrolled by PC 1145 between the hours of 6.30pm and 10.15pm. 

Reports of a smashed window at a property on Senior Street.  Pc 1145 spoke to suspect who admitted throwing the stone that broke the window. The property is owned by the Council so Pc 1145 is to speak to the council in order to complete the matter by Restorative Justice after suitable community punishment decided.  The suspect's mother is extremely pro police and supportive of our actions.

14.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 1pm x 10pm.

18.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 1pm x 10pm.

19.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 1pm x 10pm.

20.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 1300-2200hrs.  INC 1142 relates to a property on Shadyside. Window broken on door at property.  Female arrested for damage to property. 

23.05.11 - Area patrolled by SNT officers throughout tour of duty 8am x 5pm.  Reassurance visit carried out to the property by PCSO Murray on Shadyside in relation to Inc 1142.

26.05.11 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this would now be discharged as a PACT priority.
