Nuisance motorcycles are becoming a nuisance mainly on weekends and are causing a disturbance to residents in the Balby and Hexthorpe areas.

15.06.11 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out in the Balby/Hexthorpe area by members of the SNT. mini-moto was spotted inside the house of a property.
20.06.11 - Regular patrols carried out of all areas between the hours of 8am and 5pm by the SNT.
21.06.11 - Directed patrols carried out throughout the day by the local SNT.
22.06.11 - Regular patrols of the Balby/Hexthorpe area carried out by the SNT throughout the day.
23.06.11 - Patrols carried out throughout the day by the SNT.
24.06.11 - Reports received of a mini moto seen riding around Woodfield Road. SNT carried out mobile patrols of the area but to no gain.
27.06.11 - Several reports received from residents of St. Peters Road regarding off-road bikes being riden up and down St. Peter's Road. No bike descriptions given. Patrols immediately carried out in the area.
28.06.11 - A male was found pushing a black moped down Waverley Avenue, engine was cold - nothing to suggest that the moped has been used in ASB manner.
30.06.11 - At this evenings PACT meeting a resident of Woodfield Plantation reported that he has heard on several occasions nuisance bikes being driven around the estate in the early hours of the morning. Due to this and several other reports it was agreed that this would be kept on for a further month as a PACT priority.
An ADM 171 (warning) was issued today to a female who was seen riding a mini moto on the playing fields adjacent to Oswin Avenue.
01.07.11 - Woodfield Plantation area patrolled at regular intervals throughout tour of duty (1pm x 10pm). Also Hexthorpe and St Peter's Road.
05.07.11 - Patrols of all areas carried out by local SNT throughout their tour of duty (8am x 5pm). Yellow mini moto reported seen going into a property on Urban Road.
06.07.11 - Regular directed patrols carried out in Balby and Hexthorpe between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
07.07.11 - All areas patrolled by SNT throughout tour of duty (8am x 5pm).
08.07.11 - Woodfield Plantation, St. Peters Road and Hexthorpe patrolled regarding nuisance motorbikes by local SNT from 1pm x 11pm.
09.07.11 - Day of Action today in the Balby/Hexthorpe area regarding nuisance motorbikes. Other SNT's were called in to assist with this along with the helicopter. Several addresses which were reported by the public to be keeping motor bikes were checked throughout the day/evening and all areas patrolled. All addresses checked proved negative.
13.07.11 - The SNT is currently working a split shift to combat criminal damage so all areas were patrolled between the hours of 1pm and 0400.
14.07.11 - The SNT worked from 1pm through to 4am and during this time all areas were patrolled.
15.07.11 - All areas of Balby/Hexthorpe patrolled throughout their tour of duty from 1pm x 4am. No reports of nuisance motorbikes received.
18.07.11 - Balby/Hexthorpe patrolled throughout the day - no further reports of nuisance motorbikes within the area.
19.07.11 - 28.07.11 - Regular patrols have been carried out of the Balby/Hexthorpe area and on checking the police systems there has been no reports of any nuisance motorbikes over the past 2 weeks.
28.07.11 - At today's PACT meetings it was agreed that due to there being no reports of nuisance motor cycles for the past 2 weeks, this would now be discharged as a PACT priority.
