Reports that to the rear of St. Peter's Road and Horse Shoe Court, fly tipping is occurring on a regular basis, linked in the Anti-Social Behaviour.
30.07.10 - Patrols carried out of Horse Shoe Court at 11.25am by SNT staff.
02.08.10 - Area patrolled by DMBC staff at 3pm. Burning coppper noted in the area - after liaising with residents it was established that a group of approximately 6 youths had been congregating there and had brought scrap metal to this area. Further enquiries to be made by SYP.
03.08.10 - Patrols carried out of Horse Shoe Court and St Peters Road by DMBC staff at 3pm. To the rear of St Peters were a group of around 10 youths but dispersed once approached.
04.08.10 - Cycle patrols carried out of the Horse Shoe Court area by DMBC staff. Smartwater delivered to residents on Horse Shoe Court.
05.08.10 - DMBC patrolled area at 3.15pm. Smartwater given at one property on Horse Shoe Court. Plastic bags removed from rear of Horse Shoe Court - no evidence found. Also Neighbourhood Watch letters dropped on Horse Shoe Court and St Peters Road. Postive feedback from several properties. Further patrols carried out of the area by PCSO's and DMBC staff.
06.08.10 - PCSO's carried out a patrol of the area on foot at 7.30pm.
09.08.10 - Extensive patrols carried out of the area by DMBC staff between 8am and 4pm.
10.08.10 - Patrols carried out by DMBC staff - drugs paraphanalia found down the slope to the railway access gate. Also a section of fence pannelling found broken which now gives access to the rear of the properties.
11.08.10 - SYP Safer Neighbourhood Team patrolled the area at 8pm. Some residents spoken to but nothing to report at this time.
13.08.10 - High visibility foot patrols carried out of the area at 7.20pm. Other than the back alley gate being left open there were no other issues at this time.
16.08.10 - The Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled the area at 3am. No one was seen in the area at this time.
18.08.10 - Patrols carried out by the Safer Neighbourhood Team at 3.30pm. The area was quiet at this time.
19.08.10 - PCSO's from the Safer Neighbourhood Team patrolled at 4.35pm. At this time the area was quiet.
23.08.10 - Directed high visibility patrols took place by the Safer Neighbourhood Team at 7pm. An incident was reported regarding damage to some fencing in the area. An area search was conducted to no gain. After further enquires this damage woud appear to be old damage so no crime reported.
24.08.10 - Various patrols carried out of Horse Shoe Court throughout tour of duty 1pm x 10pm by DMBC and SYP staff. Residents spoken to but nothing further to report.
25.08.10 - DMBC and SYP patrolled the area at various times during their tour of duty 1pm x 10pm. No evidence of any youth nuisance and nothing further to report at this time.
26.08.10 - At this evening's PACT meeting it was agreed that this PACT priority would now be discharged.
