Reports that in the rear alleyways, fly tipping is occurring and wheeled bins are being left out by residents with subsequent damage and environmental issues resulting.

We did: 

06.07.10 - Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled area from 01.13am.  Community Safety Warden’s patrolled area from 3pm - 4pm.  Also patrolled by PCSO's Barnes and Eschoe between 6pm and 8pm.

07.07.10 - Between the hourse of 11am and 1.30pm Advisory letters Re fly tipping and wheelie bin issues delivered to residents of Coronation Rd, Cross Bank, Great Central Ave.   Commuinity Safety Warden’s door knocked all residents giving them the opportunity to report any issues or problems in the area.

08.07.10 - DMBC staff raised a ticket for dumped rubbish in alleyway of Cross Bank and Great Central Avenue.  Service Level Agreement letter to one property on Cross Bank for untidy garden, and also to one property on Coronation Road for untidy garden.  Ticket also raised for dumped rubbish in alleyway of Coronation Road/Burton Avenue.  All rubbish searched for evidence, nothing found. 

Arson advisory tickets from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue placed on all bins left out in the areas of Coronation Road, Cross Bank and Great Central Avenue. 

09.07.10 - Patrols carried out in plain clothes throughout tour of duty at Carr Hill. 

14.07.10 - Cross Bank, Coronation road and Great Central Avenue patrolled throughout shift by Community Safety Wardens.

19.07.10 - Cross Bank, Coronation Road and Great Central Avenue patrolled throughout the shift.  Burnt out wheelie bin on pavement of Cross Bank.  Reported for removal.

27.07.10 - Cross Bank, Coronation Road and Great Central Avenue patrolled throughout the shift.

28.07.10 - Cross Bank, Coronation Road and Great Central patrolled throughout shift. 

29.07.10 - At this evening's PACT meeting it was agreed by all that this PACT priority should now be discharged.
