You said: 

Residents complaining of Anti-Social Behaviour occurring on the Street.  This is being caused by residents of the Street and groups of youths frequenting the area.

We did: 

02.08.10 - Anelay Road and surrounding area patrolled by PCSO's Bussey and Abram-Koziel and DMBC staff throughout their tour of duty.

03.08.10 - Area patrolled on foot by PCSO's Bussey and Abram-Koziel at 10.20am and again at 3.30pm.  Local residents spoken to.  One resident complained that her shed had been broken into, however it came to our attention that the person reporting this did not have a shed in their back garden.  Enquiries ongoing. 

04.08.10 - Mobile patrol carried out of Anelay Road at 2.20pm by staff from the SNT. 

05.08.10 - High visibility patrols carried out of the area by PCSO Abram Koziel at 11.10 am.  One reassurance visit carred out on Aneley Road. 

06.08.10 - Joint visit by the Safer Neighbourhood Team and St Leger Homes to one resident on Aneley Road.  Also police called on to assist in helping one resident collect her belongings from another resident's property - when PC 1742 Wood and PCSO Abram-Koziel turned up there was no answer to knocking at either address.

09.08.10 - DMBC staff patrolled the area at 11.30am.  Some grafitti was seen on a lamp post and reported to relevant department.

11.08.10 - Visit to 2 residents on Anelay Road by PCSO Abram-Koziel and PC 1742 Wood regarding dispute.  Positive feedback from both residents. 

12.08.10 - Patrol of area by DMBC staff at 12 noon.  Cleanse team were also in the area removing rubbish from rear of Anelay Road. 

13.08.10 - High visibility patrols carried out by DMBC staff at 11.30am.  Nothing to report at this time. 

16.08.10 - Neighbourhood Response team patrolled the area at 3.30am to monitor any problems in the area and capture it on CCTV.  No one seen and nothing to report at this time. 

17.08.10 - Members of the Safer Neighbourhood Team patrolled the area at 1.05pm.  There were several youths seen hanging around but no problems being caused. 

18.08.10 - Area patrolled by PCSO's Murray and Abram Koziel.  Door to door questionnaire carried out regarding issues in the area at the present time. 

19.08.10 - Anelay Road patrolled by PCSO's from the Safer Neighbourhood Team at 4.30pm.  Nothing to report at this time. 

20.08.10 - Area patrolled at various times throughout the shift from 8am x 5pm.  Residents liaised with but nothing to report. 

23.08.10 - DMBC and SYP staff from the Safer Neighbourhood Team patrolled Anelay Road and the surrounding area throughout their tour of duty 1pm x 10pm.  Area was quiet at the times patrolled. 

24.08.10 - Directed high visibility foot patrols carried out by PCSO's and CSW's throughout their shift 1pm x 10pm.  Residents spoken to.

25.08.10 - High visibility foot patrols carried out of Anelay Road and surrounding at various times from 1pm x 10pm by members of the Safer Neighbourhood Team.

26.08.10 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that Anelay Road would remain as a PACT priority for the next month inorder to gain more intelligence and collate all questionnaires.

27.08.10 - Anelay Road and surrounding area patrolled throughout tour of duty between 1pm and 10pm.  Area was quiet with nothing to report 

31.08.10 - Anelay Road and surrounding area patrolled on foot by PCSO's and DMBC staff. 

01.09.10 - Area patrolled at regular intervals throughout tour of duty 8am x 5pm.  All quiet and nothing to report.

03.09.10 - Anelay Road patrolled by PCSS Dishman and PCSO Murray at 2.30pm and 4pm.  PC Buddle and PCSO Murray carried out mobile patrols of the area between 7pm and 9pm. 

04.09.10 - Mobile patrols of the area carried out by PCSS Dishman and PCSO Shackleton at various times throughout tour of duty between 1pm and 10pm.

08.09.10 - Patrols carried out on Anelay Road by SYP staff and DMBC staff throughout tour of duty (1pm x 10pm). 

13.09.10 - Mobile and foot patrols carried out of Anelay Road and surrounding area by the SNT staff at various times during the day throughout their shift (8am 5pm).       

14.09.10 - Regular foot and mobile patrols carried out of Anelay Road and the surrounding area by SYP staff and DMBC staff between the hours of 8am and 5pm.  Nothing to report at this time. 

15.09.10 - Patrols of the area carried out at regular intervals throughout the day between 8am and 5pm.

16.09.10 - Foot and mobile patrols carried out on a regular basis throughout the tour of duty between 9am and 5pm.  All appeared quiet and there was nothing to report at this time.

30.09.10 - At this evenings PACT meeting it was agreed that this priority would now be discharged.
