Anti-social behaviour along Devonshire Terrace, inparticular the Co-op and the area outside.

This is occuring most weekday evenings, but more so at weekends from 6pm -10pm, where groups of 15-20 young people congragate.

We did: 

> Over the past two weeks (27th Oct-7th NovPolice Officers and PCSO's from the Safer Neighbourhood Team have been involved in Operation Dark Nights, which targets anti-social behaviour over the Hallowe'en and Bonfire night period, There were no reports of major Anti-social behaviour in the area of Devonshire Terrace Road. Officers did speak with several young peple in the area however no issues were identified. 

> Officers are currently working with staff from the Co-Op store to identify those involved in anti-social behaviour in and around the store, Once done, those involved will be barred from ALL Co-Op stores nationwide!

> This PACT Priority is to remain in place following the PACT meeting of 20/10/2010

> Officers have conducted in excess of 30hrs patrol time as of 20/10/10 since this PACT was set on 22/09/10

> Local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) Officers along with colleagues from the Neighbourhood Patrol Group (NPG) have continued to patrol and engage with young people in the area. Officers from the NPG and SNT are currently running an Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) car dedicated to resopnding to calls relating to ASB.

> Officers from the licensing department and the Council are working with local retailers to tackle issues of  young people buying alcohol in the Dore,Totley area.

> This PACT priority was set at the PACT meeting on Wednesday the 22 of September.

> Officers have previously visited this location and moved on those found to be causing nuisance in the area.

Reduce youth related Anti-Social Behaviour in Millhouses Park

This PACT agreement was set on the 13th of November 2009 and re-agreed at the meeting on the 8th of January 2010.

We did: 

> A  total of 70 hours patrol time has been carried out on this priority as at the 29/01/10 since it was set on 13/11/09. Officers have conducted over 30hrs dedicated patrol time this week from the 22nd-29th of January

> Operation K-CRASSUS is an ongoing Police operation aimed at dealing with Anti-Social behaviour. Both the local Police team and the area response group will be targeting patrols around areas with problems of anti-social behaviour.

> To date 15 Parental Advisory Letters (P.A.L.'s) have been issued to parents of young people who have been identified as being involved in reported incidents.

> Local residents are encouraged to report any Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) or suspicious activity to the Police.

Reduce Youth related Anti-social Behaviour Around Aldam Rd.

The issue of youth related  Anti-social Behaviour around Aldam Rd especially the area  around the Scout Hut.

This priority is to remain, as agreed at the Partners & Communities Together (PACT) meeting of Friday the 2nd of October

We did: 

 > This priority was first agreed at the PACT meeting in August. Following discussion at the most recent meeting and, through our daily engagement whilst out on patrol, it has been agreed we will continue working on this priority until next P.A.C.T meeting when it will be reviewed again.

> A Police Operation has been running in the Totley area, this has involved Police Officers, P.C.S.O's as well as Special Constables. Officers have been carrying out high visible patrols until 11pm most evenings  throughout the operation providing reassurance to residents and carrying out enforcement activities.

>Reports of Anti-Social Behaviour have been promptly attended. It was encouraging to receive very positive feedback from Totley residents at the Tenants and Residents meeting held this week, with residents being  happy with the Police's response to this issue so far. There has been a significant reduction in reported incidents.

> To date during this Police operation a total of 28 "Stop and Account" forms have been completed within Totley. This is where officers have engaged with groups of young people in the area, whose presence may intimidate other members of public. Their details have been taken and where appropriate they have been instructed to leave the area.

>Two arrests have been made during the Police operation, these individuals are known to be involved in Anti-Social Behaviour in Totley.

>Three arrests for public order offences have been made, all three were released on police bail. One of the bailed offenders was then re-arrested for breach of bail conditions.

> 6 Parental Advisory Letters (P.A.L.'s) have been issued to parents of young people who have been identified as being involved in reported incidents.

> Members of the Local Community have in recent weeks been encouraged to report any incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour,  the Police Team have quickly responded and provided feedback to residents throughout this Police Operation.

> Young people in general have been spoken to by Police Officers and PCSOs to encourage them to participate in clubs and groups held locally to relieve boredom which has been on the whole positively received.

> A total of 85 hours patrol time as of 12/11/09 has been conducted in this area by local Officers since its setting as a PACT priority on the 7th of August. 

Youth Related Anti-Social Behaviour on Baslow Road From Totley Shops to the Library inclusive of The Crescent and Terrey Road.

You said: 

Youth Related Anti-Social Behaviour on Baslow Road From Totley Shops to the Library.

This PACT agreement was first set on the 2nd of October 2009 and re-agreed at the meeting on the 5th of February 2010.

Evenings fom 3:30pm after School into the late evenings and weekends.

We did: 

>  A total of 135 hrs patrol time has been carried out on this PACT priority as at the 26/02/10 since it was set on 02/10/09.

> Officers and representatives from other partner agencies including Youth Offending Services have been engaging with youths within the area every Friday night  as part of a pilot project to encourage young people to become involved in youth groups and activities which are available within the locality.

> Officers conducted over 30hrs dedicated patrol time from the 22nd-29th of January. Several young people engaged with and details taken.

> Operation K-CRASSUS is an ongoing Police operation aimed at dealing with Anti-Social behaviour. Both the local Police team and the area response group will be targeting patrols around areas with problems of anti-social behaviour.

> This week there continues to be a significant reduction in reported incidents, although the area has received increased reassurance patrols this week following the shooting incident in Totley.

> On 15/2/10 officers attended the Totley Tenants and Residents Association meeting. Local residents were once again very pleased with the Police actions in relation to incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour in the area. 

> To date a total of 32 "Stop and Account" forms have been completed within Totley. This is where officers have engaged with groups of young people in the area, whose presence may intimidate other members of public. Their details have been taken and where appropriate they have been instructed to leave the area.

> To date three arrests for public order offences have been made, all three were released on police bail. One of the bailed offenders was then re-arrested for breach of bail conditions.

> To date 16 Parental Advisory Letters (P.A.L.'s) have been issued to parents of young people who have been identified as being involved in reported incidents.

> Many young people have been spoken to whilst officers have been on patrol, the majority of whom have been well behaved and engaged in constructive activities.

> Members of the Local Community have all been encouraged to report any incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour.

You said: 

Youth related Antisocial behaviour around the Abbeydale Rd South corridor from Twentywell Rd to Busheywood Rd, to include local Churches and the Abbeydale sports club. This PACT priority was agreed at the PACT meeting on Friday the 7th of August 2009
