27.10.11 - Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Quinn and Police Community Support Supervisor (PCSS) Dishman have today conducted high visibility patrols of the area. During this patrol a 1litre bottle of alcohol was seized and disposed off.
28.10.11 - PCSO Quinn and PCSS Dishman have today conducted extensive high visibility patrols of the estate. During this patrol, 2 x 1.5 litres of sparkling wine confiscated from a group of adults who were sat on the children’s play area. PCSO Quinn, PCSS Dishman and PC Robb returned to the area later in the evening. During this patrol, they confiscated 1 x 1 litre and 1 x 3 litre bottles of cider. One male was also arrested after being issued a section 27 notice to leave the area and then breaching it.

The initiative has been running for two years and focuses on engagement, improvement and enforcement. Staff from the SNT have also conducted two search warrants at problem addresses on the estate. PCSO Quinn has also been conducting high visibility patrols with the Fire Service.

During these patrols they also confiscated 2 x 500ml cans off of people that were on the shop fronts. This alcohol was then poured away.
05.12.11 - PCSO Quinn has today been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the area on his bike. These were completed from 10am -12pm. The NRT have also responded to a call from a member of the public after a rough sleeper was thought to be in Firbeck House. A full search of the block was completed and no one was seen at the time of the patrol. This patrol was completed at approx 2am.
06.12.11 -PCSO Quinn has been in the area during today and conducted extensive patrols of the area on his bike. The NRT have also been attending the estate to conduct patrols of the high-rise blocks and the surrounding area. Their patrols were conducted on two separate occasions today and these times were apporx 12.30am and again at approx 7.45pm.
07.12.11 - PCSO Quinn has attended an unrelated incident on the estate with other officers. He has also spoken to St Leger Homes staff about any issues that may be occurring on the estate and has completed a home visit with a member of staff. The NRT have been completing high visibility patrols of the whole estate, which include responding to calls from members of the public about people sleeping rough and noise nuisance. During these patrols a male and female were found in one of the blocks sleeping rough and were requested to leave the block in question. These patrols were completed at 2am, 10.55am 9.20pm and 10.55pm
08.12.11 - Officers from your local SNT have been completing patrols of the area today by working a split shift system. Some officers worked an 8-5 shift while some officers completed a shift of 10am-10pm. This was to ensure that high visibility patrols were available in the PACT priority areas. The NRT were also available throughout the day and completed a patrol of the estate at the following time of 12.50am. These patrols were predominately completed in the high-rise blocks on the estate.

During these patrols 2 x 500ml cans of super strengeth lager were confiscated and poured away from a male and female on the estate.

PCSO Quinn has been on the estate today conducting patrols and during this patrol he spoke to officers at the St Leger Office in the Sandbeck House office. PCSO Quinn also returned to the estate with PCSO Bussay and conducted conducted mobile patrols of the area.

05.01.12 - PCSO Quinn has today visited the office of St Leger Homes in Sandbeck House. This visit was completed after high visibility patrols of the estate were conducted. A floor-by-floor search was also completed of Cusworth house after reports were received of people sleeping rough in the block and fresh graffiti appearing in the stairwells. No one was seen at the time of the patrol. NRT patrols have also been conducted on the estate. These were conducted at 3pm and 9pm. During these patrols another floor by floor search was conducted in the high rise blocks.

01.09.11 - The councils Neighbourhhod Response Team (NRT) have been informed via e-mail that this area was now a PACT priority. This was done so that it could be included in the patrols.
02.09.11 - Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) Quinn and Butterfield have been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the area. Included in these patrols was the stairwells of Hatfield House. A check was made of each of the individual stairwells to ensure there was no anti social behaviour (ASB).

During this meeting the residents expressed there concerns for certain issues that were happening in their block. This meeting was also an aid to help the residents in possibly setting up a Neighbourhood Watch for Hatfield House.

30.06.11 - Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Butterfield has been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols on her bike. These patrols were conducted throughout the pattern of a 1pm-10 shift.
01.07.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield have requested that the cameras that are in use in the car park to be turned round to the area of concern so that it can be monitored and the registrations of offending vehicles can be obtained. While on patrol they also engaged with a group of males who were in the area with their cars and advised them of the actions that would be taken if they got caught committing an offence. PCSO Quinn has also requested via an e-mail to the council that they trim back the trees and vegetation in the area.
05.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has today requested the help of a traffic police officers in identifying the cars and males responsible for the behaviour in the car park at the Lakeside. He has also been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols with PCSO Butterfield. These patrols were conducted throughout a shift pattern of 8am-5pm.

26.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) from Doncaster council have today been informed of the new PACT priorities and are including these in their nightly patrols. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Bates has today conducted full patrols of Firbeck House. This includes checking each floor to ensure that there was not anyone sleeping rough or commiting anti-social behaviour. These patrols were conducted at various times throughout the day. Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) also completed patrols of the block around 3pm. Again during this patrol each floor was checked.
27.05.11 - PCSO Bates with the help of the CSWs has again conducted high visibility patrols of Firbeck House. PCSO Bates conducted the patrols throughout the day while the CSWs conducted a patrols between 2.30pm - 3pm.
31.05.11 - PC Buddle and PCSO Bates deviated their shift to be on nights to patrol the St James St area in an effort to identify the rough sleepers and to signpost them towards the appropriate agencies so they can seek help. This offer was refused, so st Leger Homes are seeking a court injuction against these individuals. CSWs have been including this block of flats in their daily patrol routine. Today the patrol was conducted for 1 hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.

27.05.11 - Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Martin has been informed that since some of the local children had been spoken to, the complaints from the area had been reduced. CSWs have also been conducting high visibility patrols of the area at approx 2pm.
31.05.11 - PCSO’s Bates and PC Buddle patrolled the Chequer Avenue and Thoresby Avenue area whilst on a nights shift at approx 11.30pm. Doncaster Council Community Safety Wardens (CSW’s) have also conducted patrols around Thoresby Avenue and Chequer Avenue at 7.30pm until approx 8pm.

A shopkeeper was spoken to who advised officers that they had experienced problems with youths playing football outside the shop earlier in the day. After half term PCSO Martin will be doing a school assembly at Lakeside Primary about Criminal Damage and ASB. CSW's patrolled the area around Thoresby Avenue at 5pm and again at 8pm. PCSO’s Bates and Martin have conducted high visibility patrols in the area between the hours of 8 and 9pm. No youths were congregating near the shops or on Thoresby Avenue.

These were completed at the following times, 11am – 11.30am and again at 3.20pm until 3.50pm.

26.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) from Doncaster council have today been informed of the new PACT priorities and are going to include them in their nightly patrols. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Quinn and Police Constable (PC) Robb have today been completing high visibility patrols of the area throughout the day. During this patrol they have identified CCTV in the local area, and they have spoken to local residents to try and collate intelligence with regards to this matter. Community Safety Wardens (CSWs) have also been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the alleyways and the local area between 2pm and 3pm.
27.05.11 - PCSOs Martin and Quinn have today been contacting the victims of the recent fires to offer them reassurance and to inform them that this problem had become a PACT priority by their local safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT). They were also given the relevant telephone numbers should they wish to contact us and informed of the next PACT meeting date and venue. CSWs again conducted high visibility patrols of the area. These were completed at 11am.
31.05.11 - PCSO Bates and PC Buddle conducted patrols in the area around Somerset Road and Apley Road whilst on a night shift. Doncaster Council Community Safety Wardens (CSW’s) and Community First Officers (CFO’s) patrolled the alleyways of Apley Road and Somerset Road between 8pm and 8.30pm.

Council Wardens and Officers conducted patrols in the Apley Road area between 2pm and 3pm and placed fire advice stickers on all bins in the alleyway of Apley Road and surrounding streets. Fixed Penalty Notices were also issued in the area for dumping rubbish that was found in the alleyway.
02.06.11 - PCSO Kemble and a Fire Community Officer conducted high visibility cycle patrols in the area between 2 and 4 pm. PCSO Bates and Martin were in the area between 8 and 9pm. No one seen was seen to be acting suspiciously. Council Wardens patrol the area at 2pm and again at 8.30pm.
03.06.11 - SYFRS (South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service) have delivered 400+ letters to householders in Jarratt St, Rainton Road, Ravensworth Road, Somerset Road, Apley Road, and Childers Street areas. This was part of their Community Fire Safety Work. The letters contained advice on how to help combat arson to bins and rubbish. SYFS have also conducted Arson Audits in the effected area; this involves environmental scanning of the area with referrals of risk properties/locations sent to the relevant private or St Leger housing sector. CSW's conduct patrols in the area of Apley Road at 2pm. PCSO Martin has conducted reassurance calls to 3 residents of the effected area who have recently been victims of arson/criminal damage. PCSO Evans and Martin carried out high visibility patrols in the area between 1.30 and 2pm and again between 3 and 4pm.
04.06.11 - One male has been arrested this evening by PC Robb at approx 2am. This was arrest was made from intelligence that had been received by the Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT). This male has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

This has been started to try and establish a timeline of events and to find out if all of them have been reported to the police.
PCSO Quinn and Butterfield Patrolled the area through out the shift on their bikes today. At approx 10.30am the CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols. At approx 10.30am the CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area. PCSO Quinn has today been in contact with South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, who have confirmed that since the 7th of June there as been no reported incidents of fires in the area.
15.06.11 - PC Robb and PCSO Martin attended the local Polish Conversation club and advised the attendees of the arson problems in the area. They also handed out stickers from SYFR that gave advice in Polish about how to prevent wheelie bin fires. PCSO Martin and a CSW also conducted foot patrols in the area between 8.30 and 9pm. PC Robb has also been in the area conducting a patrol. This was also completed in the afternoon. CSWs have today been completing high visibility patrols in the area. These were completed at approx 9pm.
16.06.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today conducting a patrol of the area. This was completed at approx 3pm. PC Robb has also been in the area conducting a patrol with a Special Constable (SC). This was completed in the evening for approx 2 hours until 10pm . It has been noticed that since the arrest of a male in the area, there has been no reports of fires in the area. CSWs have today been completing high visibility patrols in the area. These were completed at approx7pm for one hour.
17.06.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today conducting a patrol of the area. This was completed at approx 9am. These were completed at 7.30pm for 30 minutes.
20.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield patrolled the area from 10.45pm until 11pm. PCSO Quinn and Butterfield also conducted high visibility patrols in the morning and the afternoon on their bikes. These patrols were conducted at approx 08.20am and again at 3.30pm.
21.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield patrolled the area from 2pm until 2.15pm. PCSO Quinn and Butterfield also conducted high visibility patrols in the morning and the afternoon on their bikes. These patrols were conducted at approx 08.15 and 4pm.
22.06.11 - PCSO Bates and Butterfield patrolled the area from 10.20am until 10.35am. PCSO Quinn and Butterfield also conducted high visibility patrols in the morning and the afternoon on their bikes. These patrols were conducted at approx 08.15am and 2pm.
23.06.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield Patrolled the area through out the shift on their bikes today. At approx 10.30am the CSWs have been conducting high visibility patrols. 27.06.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield Patrolled the area throughout the shift. These patrols were completed at various times throughout the shift.
28.06.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield Patrolled the area through out the shift. During this patrol they patrolled the alleyways as well as the main road. These patrols were conducted throughout their shift pattern of 1pm-10pm.
Due to the seriousness of this priority, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 29/06/11 to keep this as a priority. This priority will be reviewed again at the next meeting which will be on 27th of July 2011.
30.06.11 - PCSO Bates patrolled the area from 10am-10.30am. CSWs have also been in the area patrolling today. This patrol was conducted at approx 7pm for one hour.
01.07.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield conducted high visibility patrols of the area through out the shift. CSWs have also conducted high visibility patrols of the area at approx 5.30pm. At approx 11am this morning the CSWs have been in the area patrolling.
05.07.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield were in the area from 8.30am-9am during their morniong patrols. They also returned to the area again in the afternoon on numerous ocassions.
06.07.11 - Once again today PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have been in the area and conducted high visibility patrols. At approx 11am this morning. PCSO Quinn later returned to the area at approx 4pm and conducted a further patrol.
07.07.11 - PCSO Bates and a CSW patrolled the alleyways from 10am. PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have also been in the area conducting patrols on their bikes.
08.07.11 - CSWs have spent time today patrolling the area of Somerset and Apley Rd. These patrol were completed between 8am and 9am.
09.07.11 - CSWs have been in the area again today. These patrols were conducted from 12 noon until 12.45pm. PCSO Bates and PC Buddle also conducted mobile patrols of the area from 2.45pm until 3.15pm.
12.07.11 - CSWs have today been in the area conducting high visibility patrols of the Somerset / Apley Rd area at approx 10am for one hour.
13.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in area today conducting high visibility patrols of the area on his bike. These patrols were conducted throughout the course of the shift. This shift was a 1pm – 10pm. PCSO Quinn has been liasing with the SYFR to organise a better way of reporting incients between agencies. This would enable local SNT's to be aware of any increases in fire, in any given area. CSWs have also been in the area today patrolling. These patrols were completed at 4pm for one hour.
14.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today on his bike conducting high visibility patrols. These were completed throughout the shift. This shift was and 8am-5pm
15.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today both on foot and on his bike conducting patrols . CSWs have also been in the area between 10am and 11am.
18.07.11 - PCSO Bates and aCSW patrolled the area from 14:05am to 14:20am. PCSO Quinn has also been in the area on his bike thoughout the shift pattern of 8am-5pm.
19.07.11 - There has been two-bin fires reported over the past week. These were at the back of Elmfield road within a short timescale of each other. PCSO Quinn and PC Robb have worked a night shft till 3am to try and identify the offender. One male was stopped on Chequer Rd in the early hours of the morning and asked to accout for himself. Bins that had been left out for the collection the following day were also stickered with fire prevention advice labels.
20.07.11 - PCSO Quinn has been in the area today conducting high visibility patrols on his bike. These patrols were conducted throughout the shift pattern of 8am-5pm.
21.07.11 - PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have been in the area conducting door to door enquires and a leaflet drop after a couple of properties in the area were burgled. This was to give the residents reassurance and crime prevention advice where needed. This was completed between 1pm-2pm.
22.07.11 - PCSO Bates, Kemble and PC Robb patrolled the area from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
25.07.11 - PCSO Bates, Butterfield and PC Chadwick gave patrols of the area from 7pm to 10.30pm.

10.08.11 - PCSO Bates and Rodgers patrolled the area from 8.50pm to 9.10pm, PCSO Quinn and Butterfield conducted high visibility patrols in area from 10pm to 12am.
11.08.11 - PCSO Quinn and Butterfield have been conducting high visibility patrols of the area today on their bikes. These patrols were conducted through their deviated shift pattern of 3pm-midnight.
12.08.11 - PCSO Bates and Telford patrolled the area from 8.30pm to 9pm. PCSOs Quinn and Butterfield have also been in the area throughout thier devated shift pattern of 3pm-2am. These patrols were conducted to target the PACT priorities during the early hours.
15.08.11 - PCSOs Bates and Butterfield have today been in the area conducting proactive high visibility patrols of the area. these patrols were conducted throughout their shift pattern of 8am-5pm.
16.08.11 - Today officers from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue (SYFR) have joined officers for the Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) and conducted high viosibility patrols of the hotspot area in Balby, Hexthorpe and Hyde Park. During these patrols officers spoke to members of the public about fire prevention and fire safety. They also patrolled the alleyways and put fire prevention stickers on wheelie bins that had been left out, advising them of the fire risk. These patrols were conducted thoughout the shift of 8am-5pm.
18.08.11 - PCSO Bates has been in the area today conducting a high visibility patrol. This was conducted from 8.45-9am.
20.08.11 - PCSOs Butterfield and Kirk conducted mobile patrols of the area. These were conducted throughout the shift of a 12pm - 6pm.
22.08.11 - PCSO Butterfield and Quinn have been patrolling the area today on their bikes. These patrols were conducted at various times throughout the day, during a shift pattern of 1pm - 10pm. Staff from the SNT also completed a night shift. This shift was specifically organised to target hotspot areas during the early hours.

31.08.11 - PCSO Butterfield has been in the area doing patrols on her bike these patrols were completed between 8am – 12pm.
Due to the reduction of incidents, it has been decided at the PACT meeting ON 31/08/11 to remove this as a PACT priority. SNT staff will however continue to monitor the situation and take the appropiate action where necessary

28.04.11 - High visibility patrols have been conducted by PCSO Quinn on his bike, while PCSO Bates has been on the estate most of the day conducting high visibility patrols of the area on foot.
29.04.11 - PCSO Martin has been in the area with a CSW today monitoring the park and the estate for drinkers. PCSO Bates has also been in the area.
03.05.11 - PCSO Bates has spent a lot of today on the estate He has conducted patrols around the area of the park to monitor any drinking that may be taking place. PCSO Quinn and a CSW also patrolled the area in the evening on their bikes.
04.05.11 - PCSO Bates has been on the estate today liaising with the local TARA about this issue on the estate. He also, with the help of PCSO Martin conducted a leaflet drop of the properties in the vicinity of the park to inform them that the area was a PACT priority. PCSO Quinn and Bates whilst on patrol also confiscated alcohol off of a known drinker. This was a high strength beer. PCSO Quinn later returned to the area on his bike with a CSW and conducted high visibility patrols.
05.05.11 - PCSO Bates has been on the estate today as has PCSO Martin. PCSO Quinn also patrolled the area on his bike with a CSW in the evening.
10.05.11 - PCSO Bates and CSW Carr patrolled the area from 8:20 untill 9:20, PCSO Bates and CSW Charter conducted hi visibility in the area from 13:20 until 16:40. . CSWs were also in the area at approx 11am conducting patrols.
11.05.11 - PCSO Bates and PC Buddle today confiscated a 2lt bottle of alcohol from a female whilst on patrol. This was done at approx 2.50pm. CSWs have been in the area also today conducting proactive patrols. These were completed form 3pm till 4pm.
12.05.11 - PCSO Bates and PC Buddle have been on the estate early this morning patrolling the areas of concern between 7.45am and 9am. PCSO Bates later returned to the area between 10.45am and 11am. While PC Buddle and PCSO Quinn were in the area at approx 3pm.CSWs were also patrolled the hotspot area at approx 4pm. The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) conducted a patrol of the area this evening. This patrol was done at approx 9.50pm.
13.05.11 - CSWs have today been in the area patrolling in high visibility. This patrol was completed from 08.30am – 9am.
14.05.11 - CSWs have been in the area on two occasions today conducting high visibility patrols. These time were 12.30pm and again at 2pm.
15.05.11 - The Neighbourhood Response Team (NRT) conducted two patrols of the area today. These were completed at 2.15am and again at 9.30pm.
18.05.11 - PCSO Bates has taken part in the Walk to School Week with his adopted school. During this time, a patrol was completed of the hotspot area. This patrol was completed from 8am until 9am. He also conducted a separate patrol of the area from 10.45am until 11.20am. CSWs have been patrolling the area this evening at approx 8pm.
19.05.11 - PCSO Bates has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the hotspot areas. These were completed at various times throughout the day. PCSO Quinn also patrolled the area on his bike. This patrol was completed at approx 10.30am. CSWs have been patrolling the area. During this patrol they spoke to a member of staff at Stirling primary school who stated that the park had been quiet.
20.05.11 - PCSO Bates has been on the estate today conducting high visibility patrols of the hotspot area. These patrols were completed between 8am and 9.30am. CSWs were in the area today between 8pm and 9pm conducting high visibility patrols. These patrols were between 9am and 10am and again at 2pm.
23.05.11 - PCSO Bates and a CSW patrolled the area from 8.20am to 9.25am. PCSO Bates and Martin patrolled the area from 10.15am to 11.00am PCSO Bates And PC Buddle patrolled the area from 1.45pm to 2.30pm, PCSO Bates and Martin patrolled the area from 3.30pm to 4.15pm.
