On Wednesday 27th October and Wednesday 24th November the Bike Doctor will be attending at Hillsborough College. This is an event which we have run in that past and has proved very successful, so we're glad to be bringing it back again.
The Bike Doctor is an initiative from Sheffield Council where members of the public can come and get a helath check for their bike, along with basic maintainance and cycling safety advice. Police staff will be there to security mark bikes and offer crime prevention advice to cyclists, along with registering bikes on the immobilise database, which is now used by all 43 police forces nationally to search for stolen property.
There will also be a member of the local safer neighbourhood Team there, for if you want to speak about anything else.
