Members of the public are now able to report untaxed vehicles to the DVLA's national removal contractor. Any untaxed vehicles on the public highway (or land maintained at public expense) can be reported directly to NCP Services Ltd and they will arrange for the vehicle to be removed.
You can e-mail them anonymously at nodiscbigrisknorth@ncpservices.co.uk providing the vehicle registration, make, model, colour and the location of the vehicle. If they are unable to remove the vehicle, NCP Services Ltd will e-mail the person who has reported the untaxed vehicle and explain why they have been unable to remove it.
